Extraordinary Location

Does not live up to its promise. A fabulous setting, some of the serving staff are excellent, the chefs might be tailoring their output to an aging or ultra-youthful population uninterested in food with 'zing' but the end result is boring.

We started our evening near sunset out on Enchantments veranda with cocktails around their fire pit. The view and the setting is hard to beat anywhere in the world. we moved to the restaurant deck for dinner because it was such a lovely evening, but indoor looked equally inviting. Food and service was second to none. It's a little off... More

We arrive at opening at 5:30 so could be there when the sun went down. Our server, Robert, gave some of the best service we have had. The food was excellent and the ambience of watching the sun as it disappeared. The architecture of the building was elegant and relaxing.

From the Eggs Benedict breakfast to the club sandwich lunch to the incredible steaks for dinner we enjoyed everything they had to offer, and that was a lot. Also an astonishing gift shop with local art, pottery and carvings, as well as excursions to local sights and attractions.

The flavors and presentation were great. You are paying for the remoteness and view. remember if it's view when the sun goes down.

We had dinner at Chi-ah-chi our first night in Sedona. The food was absolutely outstanding and the atmosphere was very peaceful. Our waiter (once he got to us) was attentive and knowledgeable. My only criticism is that the hostess, bartender and waitstaff seemed overwhelmed by the number of guests. It was hard to get a drink from the bar before... More

Overpriced for bland food. The service was rather poor. Other restaurants at same resort list GF options - why not this one? Closes early

We were stuck at the resort the day we went because it was raining really hard. We decided to stay on the grounds to eat. We had a great meal. Service was good at first but then slowed. Overall good experience would go back.

We went for breakfast and were pleasantly surprised that is was good, given most resort food is usually pretty dull. I had the chefs breakfast sandwich which was great and my wife, the eggs Benedict, again very good. Certainly worth a try if you are staying here and they do use Open Table for reservations.

I hope you consider investing your money in a dinner---- if you enjoy treating yourself to a special treat give this palce a try -the sites -smells and taste will be worth it. They did a wonderful job of treating us as good as the more wealthy.
