We have a great dinner and is more memorable with the views of the red rocks is really incredible. The restaurant is expensive but is really good and it's made for a special occasion.

Food was so-so. Not a great variety of food offered on the menu. Service was mediocre despite the fact that we went on a Sunday night with only a few tables occupied. Our server not knowlegdeable at all about the wine list and cuisine.

We loved the locally sourced emphasis including the wines. The food was artfully prepared and delicious, including the steelhead fish I had. Our waiter Steven was gracious and very helpful.

If you're staying at Enchantment get yourself out of bed for breakfast at the Che-Ah-Chi. The views are truly extraordinary from every table, the service excellent, and some of the breakfasts are truly unique. My favorite was the Chef Sandwich on grilled jalapeño bread. More than one should eat and equal parts sweet and spicy. On the other hand, if... More

Stay away from the fish. Didn't see a lot of options and the fish wasn't too fresh. Check the menu closer before making reservation.

Always looking for that perfect dining experience wherever we go. Che-Ah-Chi exceeds that. Service is amazing, great wine list at very reasonable prices and the meal was amazing. The views are amazing.

Certainly Enchantment is a beautiful resort - but the Hostess we spoke to has forgotten that they are located in a NATURAL WONDERLAND that encourages outdoor activity. We had been hiking in the area and called to see if they would welcome us. It was 4:30 in the afternoon. They said we weren't dressed appropriately - "resort casual" - no... More

Dear EnjoyExploring2, We are happy you enjoyed hiking in Boynton Canyon and appreciated the beauty of our resort. It’s unfortunate you didn’t have an opportunity to dine on property. Che Ah Chi opens for dinner at 5:30 pm and while our dress code is resort casual, we do allow hiking attire. Our two other venues, Tii Gavo and View 180... More

We have been going to Che-Ah-Chi for quiet a while and have ALWAYS had a wonderful experience. When we have visitors to Sedona, we put this restaurant on the list of things to do.

The menu is medium sized, but a good variety of choices. Most items have local attribution and the chef makes good use of his resources. Salads are fantastic and very creative and all the dressings are in-house. The pastry chef is great at breads and special deserts and will even come out of the kitchen for a bow.The wine list... As the title says, everything about Enchantment is pretty darn special. If you're looking for a way to celebrate a special occasion, like we were, then you can't beat Che-Ah-Chi at Enchantment Resort for complimenting your evening. The menu items were all very unique and the four of us all tried something different on the menu and were all very... More
