Very nice setting, we ate on the patio. I wanted the antelope filet which they were out of. I ordered escargot, unfortunately they were Taiwanese not French so they were chewy. My wife started with a beet and arugula salad which consisted of a pile of arugula surrounded by 6 thin slices of red and orange beets. For entrees, I... More

The experience over all was enjoyable. The atmosphere was nice. The menu had some nice options and it was hard to decide what to order. We shared a lobster/mushroom appetizer that was outstanding. The cream sauce probably was deadly, but each bite was better than the one before. The bread was served fresh and hot by a bread server. I... More

Recommended to us by a fellow traveler, we made reservations. We were seated outside in a tight little table near the front of the patio. Our waiter was very helpful and we each had 3 flights of wine to go with our appetizer (Mushrooms Neptune), dinner (Spaghetti Squash) and dessert (Creme Brûlée). We were delighted with the presentation and taste... More

If you want to splurge for a special occasion in Sedona, this might be the place. Sitting inside we had white table cloths (sit on the less formal patio for the feel of a French sidewalk bistro) and nice ambiance. My wife had the pepper steak filet (Au-Poivre) which as cooked as ordered. However, the pepper was spicy and there... More

We are traveling in Sedona and wanted some steak and seafood. We called and got a reservation within the hour. The food was excellent, would recommend the planked salmon and portobello mushroom soup. They also have an excellent wine selection. We had an excellent server named Joshua who was very attentive to us the whole time.

One of our very first dates was at Rene's in Tlaquepaque 34 years ago. Every time my husband and I return to Sedona, we secure dinner reservations at Rene's right away. Most of the time it is to celebrate our anniversary. Seems like we always order the same thing, Rack of Lamb for him, Lobster Tail for me. The food... More

fine restaurant, good location... we started with the Mushrooms Neptune, I had the scallop dish and she had the eggplant parm. both were satisfying and delicious. The delivery and presentation was perfect. We shared a divine chocolate torte compliments of our wonderful server Kimberly. This restaurant is a definite "must' if you are in the area.

After a great morning trail running Bell Rock trail in Sedona, we went to the Church of Red Rocks where we received the most amazing welcomes. After that we were craving a hearty meal for lunch with a good wine. We were told by our amazing Inn on Oak Creek to visit Tlaquepaque, an awesome art shopping centre under the... More

When you ramble thru a place like Tlaquepaque, you don't expect it to be quiet. But when you come to this enclosed courtyard of a restaurant, you'll find a romantic place with food to match. We always seem to come back here and no matter how cool it is, we op to sit outside. It feels like we're in some... More

Went to Rene on our first night in Sedona and after I had such high expectations I was thoroughly disappointed...we are 2 best friends in our 60's traveling on a long anticipated trip. Upon entering Rene we were greeted by a very stuffy hostess and seated at our reserved table. Upon being seated we were given menus by our extremely... More
