Stopped in for lunch and had a wonderful meal with super service. Dine indoors or out. Excellent wine list too.

Excellent service and food in a quiet romantic French restaurant! A perfect ending for our Sedona trip. The lamb was the best ever. The service friendly and impeccable. Not to be missed

Had dinner one night at Rene. The beef was tender and done to perfection and my wife had the scallops--both meals were excellent. Menu is a little pricey, but not unusual for a resort area.

After a full day if steady snow, we drove to Rene for dinner. It was a price fixed dinner with really great options. I had the sea bass wrapped in potato slices and cooked and it was amazing! My husband had buffalo filet and it was great as well. Because of the huge snowfall, the restaurant was not as full,... More

My friend Brad and I opted for prime seating at table 9 on a cold and dreary Sunday for lunch. Kevin, one of the premier waitstaff in Northern Arizona, gave us flawless service. Rene makes the best iced tea in town, so Brad and I both started with it, as well as piping-hot homemade rolls with real butter. It had... More

Great meal with a very attentive staff. Expansive wine list and fantastic live music set SA perfect mood for our dinner. Both four steaks were cooked exactly as we ordered.

Try the duck. I was floored by how good this was. My husband and I are foodies, and picky. We have a wonderful restaurant near where we live and we compare other duck dishes to theirs. Rene's is a french/contiinental cuisine restaurant that has wonderful ambiance, and we were so lucky to get a guitarist that evening. My husband had... More

Four of us had dinner over the recent holidays, two of whom ordered scallops. One plate was returned as the scallops were greyish and undercooked. That person was given a new plate, with the same results; the plate was left untouched. The second person who ordered scallops ate a couple of them and just left the rest ... and that... More

Unlike the other places we had considered in tourist-jammed Sedona, Rene's was hidden well enough so that the masses had stopped before finding Rene, to our advantage. We were able to enjoy a quiet lunch and engage in conversation at conversational volume. We had a number of people for a most special occasion, so the ability to talk was important.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed this charming, cozy establishment. We had a light lunch of escargot and french onion soup, so our review is limited. But, the service and the food and the ambiance was actually a high point of our day trip to Sedona.
