My wife and I dined--three times=at Rene while in Sedona. We had one of the best appetizers--"Nepture" consisting of mushrooms stuffed with lobster in six small cheese-covered compartment--and best desserts--a chocolate torte--EVER! The wine-a BR Cohn cab was also outstanding. For a quiet, quality dining experience this is THE place in sedona and they take reservations.

This restaurant is set in a very unique surrounding which is what drew me in. The service was good, the meal was average to above average but the opportunity to walk the grounds following dinner was quite remarkable. I would return although it is a little touristy.

This was my favorite meal during my trip to Sedona which included a local Mexican restaurant and a meal at resort's acclaimed restaurant. Our server, Joshua, was so friendly and informative. He indulged my husband's annoying wine talk and helped me decide between so many delicious meal options. Highlight was tableside bananas foster. Oh my gosh, I might go back... More

I've been stranded with no place to go on Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve before, so I made reservations way in advance at Rene. My son and I were escorted to our table at our reservation time. We had the turkey dinner which was delicious. Service was great. We enjoyed the dessert but a little boy at the table next to... More

Went here because it was well reviewed on TA. Everyone was nice enough but overall the food was just average. The Mahi Mahi was bland and everything on the plate was pretty dry. My fiance loved his steak dish, though. The one really good thing was the brie appetizer. Hadn't had anything like it before and it was delicious!

Located amid swanky tourist-attracting galleries, this dining destination makes no mistakes. The old-school service is professional, but genuinely friendly and welcoming. The menu has plenty of classics including flambé, but takes some risks with entrees like antelope.

surprisingly bad experience. They seated us and forgot about us. Several waiters passed by and ignored our table, refusing to make eye contact. After 40 minutes, they said there was a mistake and took our order. Servers who came to fill our water did so with no greeting and a sour look on their face. Then they took and forgot... More

Called ahead to ask about dealing with food allergies for my wife's birthday. Assured it was not a problem and would have dairy free desert options. Great location, nice ambiance and reserved booth were a great start. Took a while for server to acknowledge us, seems there was confusion on who had our table. Server was pleasant and helpful on...
