My husband and I visited this restaurant during our honeymoon. It was good. But nothing special. I have multiple food allergies and the waiter was great about helping me find something to eat. The food was good but not a WOW restaurant. If you are looking for good Mexian food at a reasonable price, definitely check out this restaurant. more

My husband and I decided to try this based on recommendation. The margaritas were wonderful, I had the raspberry and my husband a regular. The food was delicious. I highly recommend the Green Chile Corn Tamale, wonderful. Our waiter was very attentive and we truly enjoyed relaxing over a wonderful meal. We will definately eat here again if we ever... more

Javelna Cantina had great service at the bar and drinks were excellent.This place had terrible food, slow service while sitting at the table, and my fiance got so ill from the food we had to pull over to the side of the road so that she could relieve herself. We ate at Javelinas two times during our week to Sedona. First let me say the hostess was very good and always accomodating and the food was really good both times. The owner of our accommodation recommended the Javelina and sure enough it was packed ... on a Sunday night. Lots of families and we had a great view of the red rocks. The food and menu were good but nothing special. Service was friendly and prompt. NOT the place for romantic couples. more

I just read some reviews and I must say, I'm glad I didn't read them before we went to the Javalina (Sedona's) in March 2009, which was just last week, still fresh in my mind.
