We were told this is the best restaurant in Sedona, and we believe it. Promptly seated (on a busy night), excellent service, outstanding food, wine selection and cocktails. Would definitely go back.

This is one of the best Italian I've ever had. The Staff was friendly, and I love the owner story. They are building another one too.

Four of us had dinner here on a busy Saturday night. Three had the Fettuccine Primavera and one had the Classico Bolognese. The service was excellent and we all agreed the flavors, textures and overall presentation were something special. However, all of us felt the pasta was overcooked - far beyond al dente. In that respect it was a disappointment... More

This was one of the best meals I've ever had. Not only was the food great, the staff was excellent. From the host, to the server, top notch all the way. They were very knowledgable and helped us make a lot of great choices. It was on the higher end, price wise. But it's one of those rare occasions it's... More

We have had the pleasure of dining in many fine restaurants around the world and Lisa Dahl's Italian restaurant, Dahl & DiLuca, is by far the best experience we have every had. The food was splendid and luscious and the service was impeccable. We also had the pleasure of meeting Lisa personally. As she made her way around the restaurant... More

I had the Bruschetta appetizer, and then for meal the Scallops. They were very accommodating with bringing more balsamic to go with the appetizer (note: the home made balsamic is amazing!) and substituting mushrooms for the pea pods that went with the seafood. Both dishes were very flavor, cooked perfectly, and were not over powering with garlic. I was very... More

After a splendid dinner at the chef's Cucina Rustica restaurant and a great casual pizza dinner at Pisa Lisa, we were hoping for a repeat of the Rustica experience. While the menu was almost identical, that was where things unfortunately ended; Service was so-so, the food was good, but the atmosphere was disappointing. The live music was too loud for... More

Dear Sidsy— Thanks for taking the time to write to us. I also want to thank you for the great reviews you gave us at Cucina Rustica and Pisa Lisa. Frankly, Dahl and DiLuca is usually consistently good but like all restaurants we do have our lapses and evidently you got there on an evening where such a lapse occurred.... More

We enjoyed some of the best Italian food we've eaten in a long time. The pork chop was excellent. The appetizer special (small pieces of toast, buffalo mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, greens) was outstanding. We had a great server, not pushy but adding info and providing great recommendations. Overall a great dining experience.
