For the price... I had better food and ambiance.

It is an elegant Restaurant. Or at least they try hard to be. Truth is that I was not THAT impressed. Maybe I am too picky, or maybe going there for launch is a better idea. I see many great reviews from people that had lunch here. Maybe the outside setting is what we missed. That said, the... read more

The food was interesting, but it was really just okay. The portions were extremely small, which I expected. The ambience is a solid five. We were seated at the brook and it was extremely pleasant; they have propane heaters and offer blankets if you are cold - we were comfortable. My wife's steak was ordered medium rare and it was... We had a wonderful dinner at L'Auberge. Service was quick, although we never felt rushed. The food was presented beautifully and was delicious. We had the four course meal and a bottle of wine, creekside. Can't wait to return!

Beautiful venue, hidden in the shade deep in the valley with Oak Creek babbling in the back ground. Dinner was fixed fare. Eighty dollars for thee courses. Add fifteen more for desert. Overall experience was quite good. Ambiance and service are excellent. Our waiter was pure character, helpful and fun. First two courses were fine, main course was excellent. The... More

This restaurant is fantastic in many ways, but we left feeling used, and, unfortunately, sick. First the good parts. By far the best aspect of this restaurant is the setting; it is absolutely gorgeous sitting by the creek. And the food, with one exception, was excellent. But the service we received was so calculating and atrocious that I would never... More

The food was good and quite inventive, but in reality was probably just a three. The portions were extremely small. The ambience was a five. I sat by a brook and it was gorgeous, albeit a bit chilly and dark. I struggled with what rating to give this restaurant, but I finally dropped it to a three because it was... More

Best philly cheese steak sandwich! The filet they use melts in your mouth. Pairs amazing with the truffle fries.

We had a long day of sightseeing at the Grand Canyon followed by dinner at L'Auberge. What an absolute treat! We had a creekside table and the sound of the flowing water was so relaxing. The service and entire meal exceeded expectations. Our first course was the crab and the carpaccio. The main courses we selected were the lamb and... More

Imagine eating French cuisine by a flowing river watching ducks, beavers and hummingbirds. The tables are set with white linens and the service was 5 star. We ate dinner here and if you want a table on the river you must show up early! The food was out of this world. It's pricey but worth every penny when you consider... More

This is an inspired chef's menu restaurant with excellent service. We sat closest to the creek, white tablecloth, candlelight, and a heater as the temperture cooled. It's a must and doing it the first night sets the tone for your whole wonderful visit to the area.
