We stopped here for lunch while visiting Sedona area on Sept 19/14. Not sure if we came at a bad time when they were short staffed, but we waited about 30 minutes for our sandwiches. The staff seemed very disorganized as far as serving beverages, taking orders. We saw people waiting in line 20 minutes to pay their bill, so... More

Stopped in for lunch after hiking. Service was so-so. Not sure where to order. They were friendly to the local, but not to visitors. We finally ordered our sandwiches and waited outside. It took a while, but worth the wait. The sandwiches were delicious, really good bread. The cookies were good too. We would go back since the sandwiches were... More

To be honest, the Desert Flour Bakery doesn't have a lot of curb appeal or interior design; however, what they lack in decoration they make up for in substance. The food is terrific and the dessert is better. Would you like sprinkled cheese on your pizza when it's served? They don't bring out a shaker with dried Parmesan, they bring... More

We happened upon the Desert Flour Bakery & Bistro while driving around looking for a place to eat breakfast. It is very small but so homey and the staff pleasant and friendly. It is similar to a Panera Bread in that there were scrumptious looking pastries displayed in the case where we placed our order. We had the pancakes and... More

This place came recommended to us at the ranger station. Excellent choice for a delicious bite to eat before a hike on the way to Sedona. Veggie burger was wonderful as was the tuna melt. Small place-great taste. Bread was fresh and delicious.

Across the street from the Chevron Station in the Village Of Oak Creek is Desert Flour. They have many tempting baked goods, a select dining/lunch menu, and they serve Starbucks coffee, along with other various drink choices. Free Wi-Fi is available and your can enjoy your treat indoors or out. Good food and beverages await your visit!

I ate a piece of their Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake - it's to die for! Just the right richness, very creamy, plenty of strawberry swirled throughout. It melted in my mouth. We also had a delicious breakfast there but I don't remember what we had :-( All their desserts looked so good; wish I could have tried them all.

Staff was so friendly - they bring the order to your table even if it's just coffee. Lattes were great and so were the carrot cake cupcakes.

The last several times we have visited Sedona/Oak Creek Village we have eaten at Desert Flour at least one time per day. The food is so fresh; the staff is so friendly; love to sit outside in the great weather. A very good value with excellent food.
