Food so so view great

I was here for Easter brunch. It was quite expensive and the buffet was very mediocre I felt. The main meat choice was dry and very well done- so bad I didn't even eat it. Fruit was nice and view was great. They did have a really fun Easter egg hunt for the kiddos.

Hotel was great, but restaurant was horrendous. Our server seemed irritated by our late dinner. He said the Bistro Steak was Filet...it wasn't. Quite possibly the veiniest steak I've ever seen. Friends ordered the strip steak, and they thought it was tough. The sour cream & chive fries were overcooked and bland. I mentioned to the server, and he said... More

We only had appetizers our first night there nachos and flat bread pizza which was great and room service one other night for dinner, the mac and cheese meal was delicious and the burgers (sliders) great as well, of course the prices were high but that is to be expected.

If you're in a pinch and stuck at the Hilton, eat here. Otherwise, just go down the hill by foot or hop in the rental car. Bland, boring, overpriced with slow service. Why are hotel restaurants like this?!

Terrible service. The breakfast was the usual hotel food--nothing remarkable or memorable. My daughter ordered the smoked salmon/bagel plate. She asked for no capers. Server said they couldn't do that because the plates were pre-made. How hard is it to make a fresh plate? You an get a "fresher" breakfast elsewhere.

I enjoyed the two nights I went here. I enjoyed my burger the first night and the steak the next. Service was very pleasant too. It wasn't packed and the bartender Tami (Tammy?) was really nice. She made everyone in that place feel welcome.

We arrived late. I found the food was more restaurant chain than fine dining. I tried the bison meatloaf. Missed the mark completely. Not what I anticipated. Our server was very efficient and attentive especially with the wishes of the kids. I was surprised that he was unaware of kids under 10 eating free. He immediately adjusted the bill to... More

after seeing ads for the "culinary masterpieces" at the grille at shadow rock, we decided to try it, (even tho we did not have reservations as the website advised). and what a mistake just trying it was. on a friday night at 7 pm, you could have shot a cannon thru the place. especially interested in the advertised "cavatappi pasta... Had lunch on arrival & drinks the next evening. Great waitstaff & service. Good place for a meal at the Hilton Resort. Food was very good - loved the guac crisp- definitely will return- in April!

Sunday and Monday nights this restaurant only offers bar food which fell well short of expectations of a Hilton Resort. The food selection was limited and in one case one item was unavailable because they had run out (chicken wings) which really shows poor management. The service was OK but nothing special. You can do better elsewhere.
