We have live in Sedona for over 14 years and have watched many business come and go. NYB is making the classic mistake of cutting quality & quanity. We dined twice this month, both disasters. Today we gave them the opportunity to make it right and they declined. We will not be returning.

Having left NYC a long time ago, it is sometimes nice to experience it elsewhere. I don't think the bagels were boiled but other than that it was a true NY Deli experience

We had pizza and desserts. Excellent. The staff was so kind and friendly. The prices were good. They helped out with setting us up to have a supper in our room. The selection of desserts was amazing. Visited with the Owner. So fun.

We had cinnamon raisin and whole wheat bagels. We asked for them toasted but when we got them, they were barely warm. We originally sent them back as we only wanted butter and they gave us cream cheese. The second round had butter about an inch thick which we had to scrape off. We really didn't want to eat a... Food is good, pastries are good, bagels above average. I keep going back for these reasons but would it hurt for these guys to smile once in awhile? Still, I would recommended it.

I cannot believe that I only have one chance to go out to breakfast a week and we tried here! :( We made the mistake of ordering a omelette with ham and cheese with the poorest excuse for hash browns I have ever seen. We ordered a side of bacon to share.. Which came 5 minutes after the greasy omelette.... More

Been going to this place since they opened, about all they have to offer for me are the pastries, usually always good, pizza is decent, they are penny pinchers, charging a surcharge for credit card usage, so, if you dont bring cash and just want a coffee and pastry, its hit the road jack or surcharge on the credit card. no... Tried New York bagels on the way to Jeep Safari. Good bagels and sandwiches. Not sure about service. But if you like bagels probably the only good choice in Sedona.
