Some unusual dishes...fried rattlesnake...we had to try! The star of the show was the giant burrito our son had.....he can eat for England and puts on not an ounce! All the food was good and the service was friendly. All in all we had a lovely evening.

We had heard good things about this Mexican restaurant and we were not disappointed! Olga was spot on with service to about 8 different tables! Delicious and fresh entrees, tasty Margaritas. We will return.

I'd definitely recommend. We may have been early, but at 6:30 there were only two tables occupied. We stayed and were very pleasantly surprised. Great service by the owner and staff. Our chicken burritos were stuffed with chicken - no fillers - and were very good. In addition to mild salsa with their chips, the also had hot salsa and... More

Maria's in the Village of Oak Creek is one of our favorite places to eat. The ambiance/decor reminds us so much of some of our favorite places in Mexico, and the presentation of the food is unique, not the usual American version of Mexican food on a plate. Our waitress, Olga, was a one-woman show, delivering service to 8 or... More

We are staying in Sedona for a week and love Mexican food. We went to Maria's restaurant and had the best meal and margarita's! Olga was the best----my husband took a very long time to decide his meal choice, but Olga was very patient and helpful. I would recommend this restaurant to everyone! The salsa choices were tremendous----the best I... More

Great food and price. Dinner menu had a lot to choose from. Olga was very nice. Bought a glass from her at a good price. Recommend this place. Had a great view of the red rocks too.

The Mexican food is not spoiled by the "Anglo" flavoring and taate. It was food. There was plenty. The taste and smell and the background music seemed to be true to Mexican cuisine. The BEST part of the experience was Olga our server who made sure our food was perfect.

I went here relatively hungry and left beyond full with enough leftovers for 2 more meals. Upon arrival you get homemade chips & 3 types of salsa, which were delicious but a little spicy. I ordered an appetizer (rattlesnake bites) and a meal (a pasta dish that came with soup). Everything tasted amazing, although I'm not used to spice. The... More

Truly Mexican Food, great restaurant ambiance, wonderful crockery for serving, and great chairs. Everything feels like Mexico. And the food is marvelous. Exactly what we expect when we order Chimichangas and enchiladas, etc. They cook their own, not reheat frozen. This means that the fried items come straight from the oil!

The surroundings are nice & typical of what you'd expect for a Mexican place-the food & service followed suit - nothing unexpected & nothing compelling me to return.
