Our group arrived right on time and were greated by a very pleasant young lady and immediately shown to our seats. Our waiter Tim and his assistant were at our table immediately asking if we cared for anything to drink and to review the specials and explain their menu as this was our first time there. We all ordered the... More

Mastro's, Scottsdale, is a steak house with an active and loud bar, white clothed tables, and a very attentive weight staff. The food that is served with good sized portions, and a quality product. The sushi was very good, as was the king crap claws, and the Alaskan halibut. The side dishes are sufficient to share, and the sugar snap... More

Nice, atmosphere, friendly and efficient service and great food. Wait staff is really knowledgeable about food and wine. Wine list is deep and varied. Steaks are great although the majority are larger than I was inclined to tackle. Also, the baked potato is advertised at one pound but can be shared. All in all, Mastro is what I look for... More

My wife and I recently visited the Phoenix area for a week and were looking forward to an over the top steak dinner at Mastro's. We have visited Mastro's in other cities and expected a similar experience here, we were wrong. We should have known when we first walked in and the two hostesses had their noses buried in the... We dined at Mastro's with a large business group. They look after you like you are part of family. The atmosphere and the entertainment in the bar was fabulous. Everyone thought the meals were great, particularly the steaks and seafood towers. Watch out, the steaks are all large and can be too much. The final bill might be a shock... More

Every restaurant has an off night with food or service. I guess it was my night to get the short end of both. I have eaten at Mastro's in Orange County, California and Chicago many times and have always walked away happy. I was in Scottsdale on business on March 13th and thought the local Masrto's was going to make... More

I am always a little suspicious of chain restaurants but Mastro's has got the right formula. We visited on a Monday night and the restaurant was packed. Despite the crowd we received excellent service and the steak was one of the best I have ever had. As I live in Chicago that is a very high compliment. Both of us... More

Customer service is the best! Everything is reasonably price for the steakhouse. Only thing, my fiancé got one of the specials and the server said it was a tad more than the average steak on the menu. We were shocked when our bill came and that steak, which we thought was $80 being about $20-30 more than the average steak... More

I have dined at this restaurant a number of times. The service is impeccable. The steaks are comparable to other high end steak houses. It has been purchased by the Landry group which also owns Mortons. They have removed this steak house from the bonus point incentives. That was a disappointment. More disappointing is the high price of the steaks... More
