Family dining experience. ..not fine dining.

Trendy but boring unadventurous Italian food. Portion sizes are way over the top even by US standards. Their family dining deal sounds like a good idea, but we didn't take advantage of it.

We ate he one night on a recent trip to Scottsdale, we knew the food would be good since we had eaten at Maggianos in Tampa on other trips. So as expected the food was good, we ate outside since hey it's Scottsdale and they have great weather and like no bugs. Our server was Richard who was just the... More

One of the best Italian restaurants not only in Scottsdale but I have also been to one in the Chicago area. They give you plenty of food and great service, what more can I say!

I was at Maggiano's a few years ago for a corporate function. As for most corporate functions, I was busy mingling and left with a general good impression of the evening. The only thing about the food that I remember was the very tasty spaghetti and meatballs. Back in the area for a family vacation this time, I drove by... More

Dropped in around 7 pm on a Tuesday and place was packed with a 30-40 min wait but there was a an open table in the bar area so our party of three sat there and was served from the complete menu. Had been at Maggiano's before but probably over 10 months and for take-out. Found wait person to attentive... More

Showed up on a Friday evening and still manged to get seated with in 10 minuets. Sever was fantastic offering suggestions and keeping the evening light and fun. Amazing starter was candied bacon brushetta. I had the lobster carbonara which was good but not great. My wife had the mushroom ravioli which she enjoyed very much. The bonus was they... More

Three of us went recently to Maggianos for dinner on a Tuesday evening. We did not have a reservation but did not think we would need one on a Tuesday. The 2 young female hostesses were incredibly rude when we asked for a table. They advised it would be a 40-50 minute wait even though there appeared to be many... More
