Satisfying Italian, as expected

As you would expect from this chain resto, the formula is well tested and well executed. This is not your neighborhood Italian joint, this is a big box version of an Italian-American resto. I love the food and the place but will never be back. I used their website to order $150 worth of egift certs today. They processed the order - TOOK THE MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT - then sent me an email saying due to their security checks they could not completed my transaction. RIPOFF, SCAM. I called the third... We thought we'd stop in for lunch when we were at the World Arabian Horse show nearby. We were glad we did. This was one of the best Italian Restaurants we have been to in Arizona! It has top-notch service, and the ambiance at the outside tables is perfect; you and sit and enjoy the great weather and feel at... More

I am not a real fan of this one. Pastas seem ordinary and certainly not homemade. If you like spaghetti factory you may like this place. Food did not impress it was real chain food. Not good for foodies. Good for budget and good location.

Ok but pricey for what you get. We ordered the all you could eat which was a mistake on our part as half of the group were not big eaters. We never had to ask for another serving of anything. Way better off ordering a la cart unless you are big eaters. Also I have had a lot better italian... More

We went to Maggiano’s as a party of 10 celebrating a family event. It was a busy Saturday night. Our waiter greeted us promptly, explained the menu and let us chat. They offer a special menu for large parties were you order 3 apps/salads, 4 entrees and 2 desserts and they serve you that food in platters and they bring... More

Okay, we love Maggiano's. Great value, good food, great service. What could go wrong? How about a canned high pressured speech at the end of the dining experience urging you to go to their website and give ratings and feedback on service, quality of food. etc. Oh, and the first part of the speech is a direct and forceful questioning... Stopped here for dinner and was initially told there was a 45 minute wait for the dining room but we couldorder dinner at the bar, which we did. Took a while before someone came over to take our drink order and then a wait for the drinks to be delivered. Menu had quite a varied selection. Once we ordered, it... More

We had a great table upstairs in the corner where it's quiet and a great server, but, my chicken saltimbocca was overcooked as was my husband's. The servings are always generous and flavors were good, but pounded thin and the edges were nearly inedible. Excellent calamari and rolls, however. I'd try something else next time.

We hadn't gone to Maggiano's in a while because we are trying to eat healthier and our older daughter has been diagnosed as Gluten Intolerant. We heard that Maggiano's has gluten free pasta and since our daughter misses good pasta, she wanted to go there to celebrate her birthday. I ordered the light version of the shrimp diavolo and it...
