Red velvet waffles

Order them. You will be so happy you did! The waffle was crispy and light, the creme fraiche complimented it perfectly. I also had the lemon cream cheese stuffed toast. Very good and fruity. This was also just a fun hotel to visit because the decor was from the 50's.

The breakfast was terrible. We stayed there for a company party. The breakfast selection was small and the tiny selection was terrible including the coffee. the coffee was gross! thank goodness I didn't have to pay for the over priced food to begin with since my company did. I will never eat there again. I rather just go to taco... More

Meh? Well, had a late snack here and also breakfast. Not too exciting or anything to rave about. I had some queso and chips and it wasn't very good. Obviously missing some spice. Had oatmeal for breakfast and it was fine. There is very little southwestern on the menu. service is fine and the alcohol/wine selection is very good. Guess... More

I am sorry you did not enjoy our cuisine. Rather than focusing on Southwestern fare, our focus is fresh, seasonal, American dishes, often classics with a modern twist. Thank you for your feedback. More

We had brunch twice (and room service breakfast twice) from ZuZu. The menu is simple but creative, with both classic and California eggs benedict, for example (both wonderful and on homemade English muffins). The crisp waffle with cherry butter was also excellent. The servers are all pleasant and prompt. So nice to have hotel food that is not mediocre. Indoor... More

My wife and I only had breakfast at ZuZu cafe at the Hotel Valley Ho. Service was very prompt and efficient...those first cups of coffee were sorely needed and arrived very shortly after we were seated. OMG...the complimentary basket of chocolate chip scones were to-die-for...could have had those coming all breakkie. Whole serving staff was very friendly! Fruit plate and... More

A late evening hunger brought us away from downtown Phoenix in search of good food & a drink. With google maps leading the way it was a joy to find the Hotel Valley Ho and drop right into the lobby for a sensory treat. Mellow zen lounge music (like Buddha Bar cd's would have), soothing orange mood light accent, fresh... More

Fabulous espresso and breakfast. I had a smoothie and toast along with an espresso and it was very fast, fresh and reasonably priced. I love staying at a place with great food and this place rocked!

Good variety of foods on the menu, but the drink menu was twice as big! We picked the game hen and the sonoran pasta which were very good. If you are going back in time, a Manhattan is the drink to order and it was done to perfection.

Attended a dinner function which the ambience was fantastic. The music was at a good volume and a nice selection. Service was five star. We ordered a wide cruelty of food which everyone was pleased. The restaurant has a trendy bar and a good selection of beers. You won't be disappointed in a night out at the ZuZu.
