Fabulous service

I love Cafe ZuZu. I usually ate breakfast outside on the lovely patio. I love the retro style of ZuZu. My servers were well versed and very friendly. A-1 service!!!

I took a friend to brunch at Cafe Zuzu for her birthday. What a great choice! First off, when you enter the hotel lobby and then the restaurant, we were stuck by the authentic mid-century modern decor. It was like stepping back into the'60s. Second, we were greeted by extremely friendly and gracious staff - the hostess who showed us... More

Didn't expect this type of food from a hotel. Some of the bigger chain hotels should take a lesson. Gives the resturants in the area a run for their money. Quite surprising and well worth it. Great value.

Nothing pre-packaged or pre-made. Fresh fruit, home made granola, heirloom salads, etc are typical fare. We especially liked special drink nights such as Whiskey Thursday and Wine Wednesday at the bar.

The food and service here were fantastic. We were here only one day (at the hotel - see my review for more). They had great happy hour deals from 4-7 - you must try the green chile pork; it as outrageously delicious. The steak salad was very good, and the breakfasts similarly so.

We made reservations for a chef's table event not knowing what to expect. It was fantastic! Thank you Patrick for being so attentive and knowledgeable about the food and wines featured for the evening. You made our night that much better!

Surprisingly good food for a restaurant attached to the Valley Ho hotel and in the touristy area of Scottsdale. We had dinner on the patio. The crowd seemed to mostly business people and customers of the hotel. Our server was Melissa and she was very good. Warm dinner buns were provided with our dinner. This was probably the least interesting... More

We were staying at the hotel and arrived hungry on a Saturday night. We tried to eat at a place downtown, but there was an hour wait, so we tried here on a whim. Well, that ended up to be a great decision! The burgers were excellent and so was the red velvet waffle for breakfast (will post a pic)... More

We had a romaine salad that was crisp and fresh and nicely dressed. Followed by a cleanly and perfectly done salmon on a bed of greens. Dessert was a well prepared cherry cobbler shared around the table. Though the bar was busy, the dining area was quiet. No intrusive music and a good setting to visit with friends. Nothing was... Nice atmosphere; tables nicely spaced. Menu not overwhelming, but fully sufficient choices. My wife ordered braised shortribs of beef (tender and tasty), but I had the Ahi Tuna special. It was OUTSTANDING! Excellent, attentive (while not being annoying) service from Patrick. The highlight, however, was the creme brulee. Generous portion (we shared) of the best creme brulee in the Whole... More
