I moved to Phoenix from the east coast about 3 years ago. I knew after reading other reviews that I couldn't be to critical but I have to say that the food was just eh. Something I ate that was suppose to be mofongo was a bit runny. Rice had way to much coloring and was salty.. I had the... More

It was just ok. $15 for a sandwich with very little meat was expensive. Probably will not return. The mojito had way too much mint.

Good caipirinha. Loved the crispy pork morsels Rice pudding was nothing special. Service was good, if sometimes a tad slow.

Decided to try this venue rather than driving down to their other restaurant on Camelback. We figured we'd have a better chance of being seated here because the other venue is quite small. There is also ample parking. At around 7PM the place started filling up. We were pleasantly surprised at the amount of space this restaurant had. It was... More

Nice funky atmosphere. Helpful service to explain menu, but rest of service without character or much interest--just put the plate on the table. Food pretty bland. Too much lime sauce overwhelmed one dish. Crispy pork morsels is best bet. Mini desserts were nice. Overall not really worth the trip.

Food is now just OK - Service is with an attitude. This used to be a fun place but has now gone down the road of we were once successful so now we do not have to try anymore. Prices have jumped a lot in the past 3 years.

I have been twice and the experience was not good. Firts at all, it seems the rice is the main dish and not the side dish. I ordered shrimps and the dish was five shrimps and one pund of rice! For the price they charge I am expecting something better. The pork is just terrible, not any taste at all

Havana Patio is just a wonderful, inviting casual place to introduce first timers to Cuban food. Atmosphere is very nice and the staff is helpful and friendly. The food is so yummy! I would definitely go here again should I have family or friends visiting!

I've tried many dishes at the Havana Cafe over the years, and while my husband's choices differ, these are my favorites on the menu. Enjoy! 1) Pollo Cubano. Chicken and onions marinated in citrus and served with white rice and black beans. I usually save half of the dinner portion, then heat it up for lunch the following day. 2)... More

A friend recommended so we tried it for lunch. I had the Arroz con Pollo & it tasted nice. Although I've had better ones elsewhere, the price was good for what you paid for. I wish there were more chorizo in it though. My husband tried the Cuban meatloaf & he enjoyed it. I think you get a good amount... More
