Good food with a nice ambiance

We tried the Pink Pony during Restaurant Week and was pleasantly surprised by the quality of food. The pretzels are addictive, as well as the forbidden fruit mule. Delish and worth trying if you're looking for somewhere different and new (yet old and just recently revamped). Service wasn't the... read more

The remodel is nice, updated. Comfortable, dark. Beautiful bar and clean, bright, open kitchen. The menu covers the latest craze and trend foods - house cured meat, wood fired octopus, beets, bone marrow, meatloaf, fried chicken and a few southwest dishes. They have reasonably priced burgers (Niman ranch) and salads. We went for the rib eye. Ordered it charred outside... More

We went for dinner on Friday night, we ordered pretzels and the green chile chicken entree and a burger. The entrees were good, but the pretzels were amazing! They are served with a skillet of hot cheese to dip in and are just overall fantastic. Our server was Vince and he provided some of the best service I have ever... More

To be fair, I probably would have enjoyed this place if I hadn't visited the original Pink Pony back in 2011 and 2012. Then in 2013 it was closed. In 2014 we came back and tried the new version. The drinks were okay, but the original "joint" (my affectionate term for an old-style bar) had THE BEST martini's !!!!!! Give... More

This is a way cool restaurant. The cute bartender Kennan was very sweet and friendly. Everything I saw on the menu I wanted. It was hard to choose. But my bartender recommended the fried chicken with homemade potato salad or mashed potatoes. So I ordered it. WOW. I had never had anything like THIS before. The chicken was lightly breaded... My wife and I found this place on the web. We thought the menu was intriguing. We booked a reservation through Open Table. When we arrived, we were not disappointed. We were greeted and seated immediately (even though we were early). The staff is friendly and the service is great! The food did not disappoint either. We ordered their wood... More

After traveling all day I was in search of a good steak and cocktail. This fit the bill and then some. Friendly bartender kept me company and made sure I had what I needed. Steak was delicious and the cocktail menu had lots of options.

Pink Pony has been a Scottsdale icon for decades. With it's recent facelift, it should remain one of Scottsdale's favorites for many more. Sports memorabilia and fine steaks are the focal points for this great restaurant.

While walking in downtown Scottsdale, we came across Pink Pony. Food excellent. Preparation and presentations very nice. We had romaine salad with salmon and tuna burger with onion rings. Use of spices in food made it 5 star quality. Service outstanding. Atmosphere very very nice. A must stop dining experience.

This restaurant did not disappoint. I had a really good Arugula beet salad with an appetizer of fried onion rings/fries served with a tasty dipping sauce, it was really good, forget the catsup! The entrée of Fried chicken with a mole sauce was excellent. The cocktails were top notch and to die for! For those of us who love a... More
