We have lived in Scottsdale for many years and just visited the Pony after its makeover a few months ago. It is now bright and contemporary, and there is live music on weekend nights. This is a landmark eatery known for baseball fans and players, but was old and dark and we were not impressed with the food. The valet... More

The ambiance was very nice. We sat outside w/live music and our waiter was very nice and friendly. But it took a long time to get our bar drinks, service was very slow. They forgot my salad, and served my friends salad with her entree. The pork chops were good, but the ribs were not; mostly fat. I had the... More

My wife, daughter, granddaughter, and myself were in Old Scottsdale strolling down Scottsdale Road looking for a place to have a sandwich and came across the Pink Pony. It is my understanding the Pink Pony has been there for years and went through a complete remodeling. They did a remarkable job. It was a nice evening so we sat outside... More

Enjoyed one of the steaks on the menu as did my dinner guest. Portions are perfect and the chef's selection of vegetables made for a great meal. We made reservations and it was not too crowded so we had a very leisure dinner.

Don't believe people who say it's tourist food. It was exceptional. We usually stay away from tourist locals for restaurants but this was a great find! Unique menu, fit for foodies and the unadventurous as well.

For an expensive restaurant supposedly specializing in chef created dishes this place was a one and done for my wife and I. To begin with we were seated in a nice private booth, but the sound system for a college football game was playing intrusively over our heads. We could hear about the game, but couldn't see a TV. I... More

Not sure where this restaurant got its name, but they do have good food and great wine. It's right next to Bandera's, another great eating place in Old Town, Scottsdale.

Visited Scottsdale during a business trip and ended up in old town Scottsdale. Stumbled across the Pink Pony that had TV's to watch Monday Night Football without a wait to sit down. My work peers and I enjoyed the food and service. The menu was limited yet the choices we all had were memorable. Will return when in Phoenix area... More

The Pink Pony was a unique, iconic, historical restaurant in Old Town Scottsdale loaded with baseball memorabilia from years of spring training. It was a hang out for the players. We knew that it had changed ownership recently and was renovated. We called for reservations and asked if the baseball memorabilia was still there. "Yes, it's still here" was the... More
