Having been born and raised in Scottsdale, The Pink Pony was always an icon for a steakhouse in Downtown Scottsdale. When I returned and went to the "Pony" 40 years later it had new owners and had just been remodeled. That set aside, I was ready for a new experience in downtown. Pretty much a mistake. A friend and I... More

There are a lot of places to eat in Old Town but think Pink Pony is a must for anyone looking to have a great meal. We enjoyed the pretzel with cheese, it had a unique flavor and I'm going to hate craving that back home and not being able to eat it. All of he sandwiches looked amazing, everyone... More

My wife and I were walking around Old Scottsdale looking for a restaurant to eat at. We were not sure what we were interested in eating. There were plenty of restaurants to choose from walking down Scottsdale Blvd in Old Scottsdale. Luckily for us, we discovered this restaurant called The Pink Pony. The service was excellent and our waiter was... More

Like most places in Phoenix and Scottsdale, the Pink Pony offered el fresco dining. But their covered patio was an extension of their indoor dining room and very comfortable and quiet with an opening to the busy street. We were there for lunch and truly enjoyed getting some fresh air and warm temps (traveling from the East), so the atmosphere... More

Holy poo, these bartenders know their stuff. I asked Ryan for a Veuve Carrè, and with out batting his eye he asked me my preferred cognac and then chose his own favorite rye. Seriously?? Oh, and apparently he had a friend in town from manhattan and thus this bartender just happened to have his own collection of house-made bitters on... More

Place is nice and trendy. Casual atmosphere. Nice patio area. But thats the only nice thing. Waiter seemed annoyed all night. We also made reservations to sit on the patio and there were a bunch of drunk guys sitting in front of us on the ledge of the restaurant on the other side. Blocked our entire view of the street.... Legendary place had just reopened under new ownership. Things seemed to be running very smoothly considering they had been open less then a week. Had never visited original. Really enjoyed salads tried especially the kale/brussels sprouts; the pork chop w/green chili grits and the debris pizza. Good & innovative drinks.

The restaurant and bar has an open upscale feel. The food was amazing!! The bartender was helpful when choosing a beer on tap. Can't wait to go back.

After a gut remodel of this landmark restaurant in Scottsdale, the Pink Pony has reopened better than ever. There's now an outdoor area and a counter where you can watch the chefs in a large open kitchen. The food was wonderful and they had a great new menu.
