North is one of my favorite restaurants in the valley. Great value for the menu price, plus a happy, energetic dining room. Can't beat the chicken parmesan entree, fried zucchini chip appetizers, or perfectly crisp appetizer pizza. Service can be spotty depending on which member of the busy staff you receive. In summer mths, usually here 1x/wk (1/2 off all bottles of wine). Usually we sit at the bar, (faster service), but have sat outside, (people watching is pretty good), & inside (had a wierd waiter last several times, quirky).
