Really like the ambiance of this little jewel. We were seated in the courtyard, which was a beautiful spot shielded from the noise and pedestrian traffic. I ordered the basil chicken sandwich which turned out to be a delight! I would recommend this place to anyone who happens to be in the area!

Six of us dined at this desert knockoff of the iconic Parisian bar. The bar area is authentic, although the bar itself lacks the patina of the original. The food is well executed and fairly priced. Worth another visit for sure.

This is bigger than your average bistro, but pretty typical for Scottsdale. The feel was great, though, and the food was terrific. It had a great buzz going, especially for a midweek dinner. The scallops on a chorizo risotto was well prepared and delicious. My husband's flank steak gave me whole new respect for that cut of beef. We had... More

Both my business associate and I, ordered the crab salad, a healthy choice on a rich menu. It arrived within a minute, chopped iceberg lettuce dusted with crab. There could not have been more than two tablespoons of crab on top. It was an $18 salad! We both left hungry.

Kierland Commons shopping centre, where you'll find Zinc Bistro, is an oddball North Scottsdale mall designed to recall a small-town Main Street, perhaps of the Eisenhower Age. But everything in this faux Pleasantville is slightly off-tone, from the giant Barnes and Noble that just recently shut its doors forever, to the Sur La Table outlet with its dusty inventory of... Zinc Bistro has a menu which is quite interesting and provides many options. Besides the usual bistro fare, their fish/seafood dishes are particularly good. On my last visit, the sea scallops with rick shrimp was a real treat.

I live in Scottsdale and really enjoy the Zinc Bistro. I give it five stars for atmosphere. I like to sit in the zinc bar area. It isn't too hard to imagine you are in a small brasserie in Paris. Food choices are limited but pretty good. A great place to meet up with friends.

My trip to Scottsdale isn't complete without lunch at Zinc. I haven't found anything on the menu that isnt good or well prepared. Their mac and cheese is outstanding. The most memorable item on the menu is the chocolate soufflé. If it is a nice day be sure to sit outside and enjoy people watching.
