Ok good good atmosphere

In the heart of trendy old Scottsdale so that was cool. Food wasn't anything to rave about ,just average. Huge wine list ,but when we made two picks they had neither :(. Waiter was over whelmed. No one came back to see how we were.

I never truly understood what chefs (on the Food Network) mean when they say you can taste each ingredient in a dish. Well, thanks to Cowboy Ciao, I now know!!! The signature Stetson Chopped Salad is a must try!!!! Most would wonder what can you do to salad to make it spectacular, but they've clearly figured it out. If you... More

I've been hitting this spot for 12 years and it is still golden. Great ambiance and service. Unique menu and wonderful flights of wine. Perfect for every occasion..business traveler, vacationer, date, or celebration.

There is something about this restaurant I love but just can't rate it 5 stars. Cozy, but very noisy environment; almost too loud to hear one's own table guests. Friendly and attentive waitstaff. Food arrived at a nice pace with a wonderful presentation, but a bit over the top. Pan of mushrooms were excellent and truffle Mac & cheese was... More

Went here for our anniversary dinner for something out of the ordinary. The decor was fun and interesting 'cowboy' stuff, and as one other reviewer stated - is very noisy and dark. We, too, had to use our cell phone flashlight to see the menu. The votive candle just didn't quite cut it. Perhaps if we'd gone earlier in the... More

From the atmosphere to the menu this place was amazing. I recommend the filet mignon. It was amazing food and great service. If you are in Scottsdale you have lots of amazing places to choose from but this place is a must.

This place may have good food, but it is incredibly NOISY and dark. Menus were very hard to read -- we took turns bringing one of the two little votive candles on the table for six, so that we could read the menu. Our waiter YELLED over the noise to explain things and take our orders. We split two Stetson... More

We had a fantastic dinner here! There were so many menu items that sounded delicious and we were having a hard time deciding whether to order a few appetizers/shared plates or get main dishes. Mark, our waiter, helped us decide. We ended up sharing one "big plate' - the AMAZING and unique Exotic Mushroom Pan Fry - and then ordered... More

Unusual combinations make up many terrific choices on the menu. The chopped salad is a must. We also had the corn nut crusted scallops and salmon. Both were fantastic. The hosts and servers very attentive.
