This is a great little BYOB restaurant that you enter through a wine shop. In my mind that makes it perfect because I seldom find it possible to take good wines with me when I travel and I don't like paying inflated restaurant prices. So arrive a little early and browse the wine store....there are many good selections in all... More

This was our second time at Atlas. The first time was outstanding and the second was not quite as good. The restaurant is small and very friendly. The wine store attached has some great choices to pick from. The menu is small but full of very interesting choices. Our appetizers were outstanding (although the risotto this time was not as... Can't go wrong with Atlas Bistro. Hands down the best BYOB in the valley and a foodie's dream come true. Do yourself a favor and experience first hand one of the best restaurant experiences you can have in AZ. Call for a reservation - this place has a very loyal following for very good reason and has limited seating.

I was here for restaurant week. The menu differed slightly from what was posted on the web but was still full of seasonal interesting fresh plates. They only showed us the limited restaurant week menu. We were started off with an amuse bouche of creamy cauliflower soup. Between us we had ricotta gnocchi, Wagu beef bone marrow, heirloom tomato salad,... More

We attended a special occasion dinner for 10 people with a four course meal. It was a wow factor off the charts. Everything from service, food, wine, presentation was perfect. Each person could pick from severaloptions and everyone said their choice was superb. In addition they are adjacent to a wine shop with wonderful selection and you can bring your... More

Took us a while to get seated even with reservation, the table was empty just took staff a while to set it. Otherwise, staff were all good. Can't remember what was all included in the tasting menu, but lots of variety including some fish and steak. Everything was really tasty, and the chef even slipped in a beet salad for... More

Parking in a strip mall between a Cannabis dispensary and a massage parlor left an uneasy feeling in the pit of my stomach until we walked into Atlas. We were met by Todd the owner & he made us feel comfortable immediately. The ambience, the service and the quality of the food was over the top. Chef Chris came out... More

Tried AB for the first time this week. One word; disappointed. Service was slow, bread is $4.00 (really?) and the food so, so. The pasta dish was good but pasta at $32 seemed a little steep. The Ellensburg lamb chops were $41.00 for two chops. They arrived warm (not hot) and must have traveled that night as it took way... More

A few years ago my Scottsdale friends and I had a splendid meal at Atlas Bistro just as it was beginning to be recognized. So when I visited a few days ago it seemed a simple matter to again enjoy the culinary delights of Atlas Bistro. Not so good this time! The original chef is gone and the current one... More

We dined as a foursome at this BYOB restaurant. Atlas Bistro adjoins a very upmarket wine shop and it was great fun to choose our wines to pair up with the menu. We all took quite a while to decide on our food as there were so many lovely dishes on offer. I had the duck salad which was wonderful.... More
