Atlas continues to impress

My wife and I dined at Atlas last night and were treated to another wonderful meal. The three course prix-fixe menu ($60) for August 26th had a wide variety of choices for each course. For the first course my wife had the Hudson Valley foie gras paté that was served with wild Oregon huckleberries... read more

This has been one of our favorite restaurants for years but visited last night and were terribly disappointed. We really like the BYOB concept and also the intimate setting. We are not particularly thrilled with the fixed price menu. Our appetizers were both way too salty ruining what could have been a good mix of fresh heirloom vegetables and an... More

When we arrived i was unsure, when we left I was blessed that we found this gem. What a great restaurant. The food was fantastic, service attentive a great meal, not sure I want to share this with friends as it is small and the food is so great. Will be back again. Thanks Noah

Everything we had was so tasty. It just wasn't oven warmed and ready. The food is truly good, good, good! We had the lobster app, and many of us had the gnocchi app. Go for the lobster. Awesome. Next course, some of us tried the tortilla soup(really good,,could be warmer), one had beet salad, others had some vegetable thing. All... More

We dined with friends at Atlas Bistro for the first time last Saturday. We had heard a lot about the place so were anxious to try it. The dining room was nicer than I thought it was going to be based on some reviews I read before going. Although you have to go through the wine shop, they have done... More

We continue to return often. With the new chef in Sept 2014, Atlas continues to excel. The Sawyers provide gracious, professional, and knowledgeable service. Atlas sources excellent local and speciality food. The restaurant is relatively small, but the ambience is warm and friendly. You are not rushed and enjoy the gourmet cuisine. Being able to bring your own wine makes... More

This is a great little BYOB restaurant that you enter through a wine shop. In my mind that makes it perfect because I seldom find it possible to take good wines with me when I travel and I don't like paying inflated restaurant prices. So arrive a little early and browse the wine store....there are many good selections in all... More

This was our second time at Atlas. The first time was outstanding and the second was not quite as good. The restaurant is small and very friendly. The wine store attached has some great choices to pick from. The menu is small but full of very interesting choices. Our appetizers were outstanding (although the risotto this time was not as... Can't go wrong with Atlas Bistro. Hands down the best BYOB in the valley and a foodie's dream come true. Do yourself a favor and experience first hand one of the best restaurant experiences you can have in AZ. Call for a reservation - this place has a very loyal following for very good reason and has limited seating.

I was here for restaurant week. The menu differed slightly from what was posted on the web but was still full of seasonal interesting fresh plates. They only showed us the limited restaurant week menu. We were started off with an amuse bouche of creamy cauliflower soup. Between us we had ricotta gnocchi, Wagu beef bone marrow, heirloom tomato salad,... More
