Great food, kind service and fun atmosphere

Excellent in many respects, but as I usually post, nothing is perfect so a 4 in my book is excellent. We didn't have reservations and it was a rainy night, so reservations are recommended as it is a tourist attraction. Since we are locals we figured we'd give it a shot. We went to dinner with friends and enjoyed outdoor dining on the patio near the fire pit. We had reservations and were seated promptly. Our waiter was excellent, very friendly and helpful and he gave us just the right amount of attention. The menu offered a southwestern theme, but with a unique take on the recipes. The food was very... More

We ate at this restaurant several years ago and loved it. So, we were very excited to get back there this year. The atmosphere was great, but the food has really gone down hill. We love spicy food, but the food was so spicy hot, three of the five of us did not finish our meals. Perhaps it was an... More

We ate outside in the charming courtyard, decorated with Christmas lights, near a fountain with a fire in it. It was a lovely atmosphere. The tortillas they bring as a complimentary appetizer were really good. My husband, my dad and I all had the make your own tacos meal and we all really enjoyed it.

Bright lights. Great bar lovely patio. Tortilla soup. Best I have had. Rich tomato broth spicy but not overbearing. Served with tortillas embedded potato shreds. Chewy and tasty. Next fish tacos. Beans were extra. (Small problem). Wines are reasonable. Can't wait to repeat !

Very convenient to hotel. Good food and nice service, but nothing really notable. I would not go there again, just because I would want to experience other places.

Very nice quaint restaurant. I had the mahi mahi fish tacos and they were very good. There is an outdoor patio as well.

reasonable prices (two of us, two drinks, $62), nice drink menu, good food, great outdoor seating. what else you looking for? Coming in from out of town, nobody at the hotel would really give us any specific eating places, most would just say "old town" is nice and start reeling off 5-6 names, so we took one of the recommendations... Eating here with a large group was fun, but I fully expected to have to compromise my strict vegan diet (heart health issues). After asking a couple of questions about the food, a server manager approached me and described a special plate they would like to serve me. Corn tortillas without lard, grilled corn and veggies, with black beans and... More

Ok the building and outside and tortillas are worth the trip. The service was outstanding. We were their Super Bowl weekend so I don't think to judge the food is really fair. The food was good but when they are trying to cook for several large groups it is tough. It is a really fun place and the service was... More
