Really neat atmosphere most of the dining room is outside under nice lights sets a great atmosphere for drinks with friends.. The guacamole and salsa was very good and the drinks had a nice selection. The food was unfortunately underwhelming.... not bad, just not to the expectations I had. I suppose Mexican is a tough market to be in in... More

Enjoyed hanging out at the bar on Saturday night! We sampled some tequila and enjoyed a nice meal. The Ribs and Mahi Mahi tacos were superb! The food, margaritas and service were exceptional. The Platinum might be the best I have ever tasted.

Met there with a group. There are usually specials where we meet at Happy Hour time, but this was of a very few that did not.

We loved the food, service and atmosphere! Our group of 70 flew in from all over the country and enjoyed a unique Southwestern experience on the lovely patio. The Sonoran Meatloaf, Green Enchilada's and Pollo Margarita were amazing. The Platinum and Treasure margarita's were a hit among our peers. We look forward to coming back next January.

This place was awesome. The restaurant itself has a ton of character and feels like a touch of Mexico. The chips and salsa are the best I've had anywhere- and the food/service was great. Our waiter gave my friend and I suggestions for the next night in Scottsdale and was super friendly. We are visiting again in April 2015 and... More

I have eaten many tortillas and endless Mexican food in my life as a Southern Californian. This place, despite having "tortilla factory" in their name - served us their "house made special tortillas" which were just hard small flour pancakes "spinach flavored" no less. They were literally cold hockey pucks. The food was not great, cheesey margaritas - ugh -... More

The Old Town Tortilla Factory is always good. Maybe a little pricey, but my husband and I split our dinner and it was plenty of food.

Enchiladas were amazing- but could use less heat to be fully enjoyable for the otherwise good flavor and texture. Tortilla Factory is a misnomer. For anyone who loves good homemade tortillas, this is not the place to go. What we were served were actually homemade flour tortillas flavored with something that closely resembled gold fish crackers or canned cheese flavor.... More

Dining "al fresco" under the nicely lit trees, by the gas fire ,on a lovely evening, was a tasty treat. Fresh fish tacos and flank steak in a honey-chipotle sauce with peppers and baked yams was fabulous. And so were the margueritas. Prices were reasonable as well.

We came late on a very cool night, underdressed for the weather. They accomadate our seating wants as well as all three of us wanted a change made to our menu items. they satisfied us in a very timely manner and food was good.
