Delicious food and great views of the valley. Half off wines $100 or less during the summer, before 7pm. Only downside, it got a bit loud when the music started.

Lived in Phoenix for 2.5 years now and finally had dinner at J&G. As you drive into the resort you get an impressive Palm Beachy feeling. Grounds are extensive and manicured. Beautiful fountain as you pull up to the valet. J&G is actually on the top floor of the resort which will give you some pretty great views from the... More

There is a lot of great things to say about this restaurant. Firstly, the view is really nice. Secondly, the food (steak) was excellent. Thirdly, the service was really good. Finally, the ambiance was really nice thanks to the guitarist who was simply stunningly good. A truly memorable place for a nice dinner.

We always eat at J &G steakhouse when in Scottsdale. The classics are always very good as is the service, particular standout this trip was the roasted lobster, absolutely brilliant. Whilst never cheap, the food and service are worth the price here.

Just like you'd expect, the Phoenician's big night out restaurant has great food and high prices. My husband raved about his prime rib and I had a extremely good piece of halibut. It was pricey but worth every penny. Awesome view of Scottsdale after dark as well. Plan to linger in the lounge after dinner.

Our steaks could not have been better prepared. The sides were tasty and fresh. The manager was gracious, providing the proper wine glasses. i also commend his decision to hire Jeff, our very pleasant and knowledgeable server who made the evening fun.

Sat at the bar since I was alone. The barman was very nice and was very knowledgeable which was appreciated. He recommended a few dishes. I had bluepoint oysters and I must say there were decadent! Then had a lemon Caesar salad which was also lovely. For my main dish an 8 oz filet mignon with baked potato. The steak... More

Our first night at Phoenician and we decided to eat on site. We had Rib eye for 2 which came beautifully sliced. It was delicious but we have had it just as good for HALF the price elsewhere. I did love the heirloom salad but with cocktails (2 each) appetizers and 1 dessert with coffee our bill came to $350.00!... More

Thank you for posting about your evening with us at J&G Steakhouse. I am very happy that you enjoyed your food and the evening. I apologize that you thought that the 32 ounce Wagyu Rib Steak (designed to be shared for two) was more expensive than you thought it should be. We look forward to seeing you again when you... More

On top of the Phoenician hotel with a view across the valley, J & G offers great food and a wonderful view. The wine list is amazing and the service is among the best. Lamb t-bone came out as ordered with great flavor.

Thank you for writing about your dinner experience at J&G. I am very happy that we could make your evening special. The Lamb T-Bone is one of my favorite dishes on the menu (maybe because so many different wines pair so well with this dish!). Please come back to see us when you are out this way. More

Our food took a bit longer than expected, but we didn't mind as we were enjoying he evening. Veal Porterhouse (ordered by two at our table) was overcooked, but everything else was delicious.
