J&G Steakhouse offers a sophisticated collection of steakhouse classics as interpreted by Michelin starred chef, Jean-Georges Vongerichten. Located atop The Phoenician, the restaurant is draped in a rich palate of purple and gold with a modern, stylish flair. Diners will enjoy dramatic sunsets and views of the Valley while dining on premium meats and a global selection of fish. The bill of fare is complimented by fresh, local ingredients and worldly spices and is masterfully executed by Chef de Cuisine Jacques Qualin.

Lovely Evening

I was here for a business dinner with a few foodies and JG did NOT disappoint. We started with foie gras, then ordered more appetizers, and then enjoyed steak for most of us at our table. I am so pleased that you enjoyed your evening with us. And we want to thank you for taking the time to write a post about your experience. It is lovely to see that you took your time and enjoyed different areas of the restaurant; the patio is a lovely way to begin or end the evening. We hope that... More

Was looking forward to eating there due to their renowned head chef. Coming from New York and being a foodie, my expectations were high. My husband ordered a steak. It was extremely pricey, yet it was thin, the portion was small, it was overcooked and yet arrived cold. The portion of creamed spinach "to feed two persons" was pricey and... More

I feel absolutely horrible that you feel this way about the dinner you had with us. We are, quite simply put, not used to this kind of impression of our restaurant. I would greatly appreciate it if you could contact me to let me know how to contact you, so that I can learn more about what happened, what we... More

Recently I went out to dinner with my wife to J & G at the Phoenician, the atmosphere and setting was very nice. Unfortunately we were very disappointed in the quality of service and food. Our appetizer was very late in coming (but they did offer little morsels of fired truffle cheese balls). I ordered the "Tomahowk Wagyu steak for... More

We regret that your experience with us was not what you correctly expected and that we try hard every day to deliver. We clearly missed on just about every point where we are usually proud of our performance. You did not get what we have to offer. i would like very much to discuss this further with you, if you... My husband and I enjoyed an amazing dinner here this past week. We decided on the Chef's tasting menu with the wine pairing. Each course was amazing and the wine complimented each course perfectly. The filet was tender and the chocolate dessert paired with port was a perfect ending to the dinner.

We were able to get a table last minute on Valentine's day! What a nice surprise since it was well communicated through hotel that they had been booked for months. Delicious dinner, great wine, superb service!

This is a beautiful space overlooking the lively Phoenician pools. It is seriously gorgeous and also the best place to eat if you are staying at the Phoenician. The service was very attentive and timely. We had the pork belly and the truffle puffs. The pork belly was good and the truffle puffs were ok, not memorable. I had the... More

Just had a conversation with Patick H General Manager at the Steackhouse concerning Jan Elliotts" post of 12-1-14. I'm the one in the wheelchair (I wanted to show off Phoenix in the best (?) hotel to two special people). It seems making a reservation early (early Oct?) or the 2 follow up calls I made requesting a view (and remindiing... More

Very pricey for steaks with absolutely no seasoning. But the view is great. I suggest just ordering the caramelized Brussels sprouts and the least expensive steak. Also, we were told the only available reservations were at 6:15 p.m. When we left at 8:00pm, over half the tables were still empty!

We went out to this restaurant for two friends birthdays. We were seated within 15 minutes (right on time for our reservation). My wife had a foot in a cast and had a knee scooter. The staff picked up on this and immediately placed a portable ramp on the stairs to our table, before taking us to it. Nice touch.... More

We have been here a few times and if the weather permits, I recommend the outdoor seating. You should get reservations to ensure a spot as it does get busy, especially on weekends. The food is good; the atmosphere is excellent.
