Description: ‘Pomo Pizzeria Napoletana creates the truly authentic pizza experience utilizing the same simple methods that were practiced for hundreds of years in Napoli, Italy where pizza was born and perfected. Pomo's Pizza is produced according to the Neapolitan tradition where each pizza is a unique piece of art. We combine the slow levitation method to produce our homemade dough, all natural ingredients, and the Blast-Cooking process for 60–90 seconds at 905°C on our wood burning oven imported from Italy to lock in flavors, natural aroma and moisture. This gives the pizza a soft and digestible crust, which is the signature style of a true Napoletana Pizza. Our pizza is made from slow-rising sourdough with a minimum of 24 hours in the rising process. We are proud to be the First and Only APN Associazione Pizzaiuoli Napoletani and VPN Verace Pizza Napoletana certified Restaurant in Arizona. We take Neapolitan pizza seriously and you will be able to tell with every taste.

I was excited to try this place out because of all it's hype. We were happy with our food, but it was not the best ever. We each had one of their specialty pizzas & the flavors were nice. We both thought the desserts were more memorable than the pizza. I would not miss dessert on your visit here! We... More

We return here every visit to Scottsdale. Love the new location & enjoyed dinner outside on the patio with the misters. Had buffalo mozarella pizza with mushrooms which was to die for. Juicy tomato sauce with a classic pizza base & excellent mozarella - you've got to try it. True Italian pizza in America, you won't find better.

This is the real deal: wood oven cooked real Pizza Napoletana. Was so happy to find this place, sooo happy... Only one flaw: bruschetta had very cold tomatoes and they should not be like that. When you slice tomatoes they have their natural water: if you put everything in the fridge it is like having a slush. Keep them out... More

I stopped into Pomo during my last visit to Scottsdale in search of some artisan Italian pizza. This place definitely fit the bill. Service was quick and attentive, the ambiance and decor almost took you out of the desert, and the food was refreshing. Combined with the local iced tea from Tempe, my experience was great.

We had a nice light dinner at Pomo one evening. We had heard about it from friends but had never gotten around to trying it until mid-July. We had some light appetizers at our hotel with a glass of wine so we weren't super hungry. The Bufala Verace pizza was just right. It had Marazano tomato sauce, bufala mozzarella and... More

Made reservations for a party of 10 for 7:30pm on a Friday night. Table was ready, as our party strolled in, within 15 minutes of each other. Waiter was very attentive, Great Wine list. After ordering drinks, we opted to order 3 salads which was plenty for our party. Then Pizza. We ordered 5 total, varieties, and there was not... More

I wish I knew about this place sooner !! Great food, nice service, nice atmosphere and a good crowd made this evening dinner very special indeed. Two couples basically ordered two separate pizzas and split some salads. The price was right and everything hit the spot. Funny, the big deal was the huge black and white photo from Naples that...
