Stopped in here for lunch while wandering the streets of Scottsdale. It is tucked away in a quiet venue. Lunch was so good we stayed an extra night so we could come back for dinner. The waitress was amazing and knew every item on the menu, its preparation, its background (there are many words on the menu that were new... More

Have been wanting to try this restaurant for quite some time and finally got there. Glad we got there. Enjoyed the experience. The menu is limited which seems to be the new trend - to offer less but those things that are offered are so well prepared. Loved the lamb appetizer. Eggplant and okra vegetables were out of this world.... More

Recommended by the hotel concierge and what a pleasant surprise. Relatively small place. Homey and a bit understated atmosphere with some cool stained glass. Waiter was extremely knowledgeable about the menu choices which all seem to have many ingredients all working in concert. We went with his recommendations and were wowed by every dish. For appetizers we had a sort... More

We travel the world for business and happened to be in Phoenix. This gem of a restaurant is worth a trip back anytime. The service and atmosphere is very friendly and personable. The cosy seating means you are likely to strike up a conversation with the next table (but you don't have to). The menu selection is eclectic yet so... More

This restaurant is unusual in that it features vegetables in very creative ways. Big heads of cauliflower or broccoli come grilled with spices. Hard to conceive just how delicious this is, but trust me, it is so. Each dish is large and encouraged to be shared which allowed us to have several selections. There are fish and meat selections too.... More

Difficult to explain. Nobody else can take such simple food and elevate it to where dreams are made of. From the first appetizer to the last lick of butterscotch pudding the food is excellent. No fancy preparations, no heavy sauces. Just incredible ingredients allowing themselves to shine. The service is impeccable and this is because everyone is genuinely interested in... More
