great food, pretty annoying service

Our first experience at FnB was with a really rude host - when we asked if we could sit outside he acted like that was reserved for celebrity VIPs and how could we possibly have been so stupid to ask that question. So we sat inside. We had a really dappy waitress who didn't offer that much info... read more

I am not sure what all was in my sandwich. However, it was an amazing combination of fresh flavors and chicken. My wife and I are always on the look out for flavorful way to combine healthy ingredients and this place was a pleasant surprise. So often when eating out, one encounters too much salt and fat, not here though.... More

This restaurant receives high reviews from both Tripadvisor and Yelp. However, I did not like the food. Ok, 4 stars. Why 4 stars? The waiter was attentive and took off the charge for the chicken. Also, wife says to be nice:) She said not to leave low rating......In general, my opinion is that this restaurant tries hard to be different... More

FnB had a delicious, varied menu using lots of fresh local ingredients. The appetizers are great to share: we got the beet and blood orange salad which was amazing, followind by Swiss Chard Falafel. There was a delicious bean appetizer and the most amazing chicken spring rolls I've ever had. Every item we ordered was delicious and had such interesting... More

This is a nice, small restaurant. We found the food to be excellent although we ordered too much. The appetizers are delicious. I had the chicken for my main and it was very tasty. I highly recommend this restaurant in Scottsdale, located in Old Town.

FnB prides itself on creative offerings using fresh and local ingredients, and it delivers! Great and super knowledgeable service. We had a special that was a glazed kalbi type rib appetizer and though we're not big meat eaters, tried it on our waiter;s recommendation and were blown away at the rich combo of flavors - just a touch of sweetness... Food was awesome, very different. We shared an appetizer, salad & entree which was plenty for us. Got to eat outside in January which for a Kansan is a real treat. Had the place to ourselves mostly. Kind of tucked away from the main foot traffic so you really have to want to go there to find it.

Truly a fantastic and unique dining experience. A must try if your visiting or live in the area. We ordered a few apps with consisted of the corn, brussel sprouts and braised leeks. All were awesome! I can only wish to have all my vegi dishes cooked so well and with such favor! I order the ribeye as my main... More

This is a small restaurant so reservations are a must. The food is mostly locally sourced and the chef does an outstanding job with all the dishes. I don't usually gush but this place is really that good. I had the salmon (wild caught) with lichi nuts. Very good; the only thing I could even mildly complain about is that... More

My boyfriend and I had dinner here last weekend based on the rave reviews and a recommendation from another couple. While we loved the persimmon and grapefruit salad, the sweet potatoes were tasteless, and the adobe chicken was simply awful - dry piece of chicken breast, dry tiny chicken leg, and tiny shredded bits of chicken in a sauce that...
