Brio quality seems to be slipping

While visiting the Westin Kierland Resort, we decided to walk down the street to the Brio Tuscan Grille. The restaurant was not busy which made for a nice atmosphere (it was about 9pm on a Saturday). The decor was beautiful in the restaurant; they also had an outside patio (but it was too hot for us to sit outside). The... More

This was our umpteenth visit to Brio, and I must say they are steady and consistent. I've seen alot of the servers change, but food consistency has held steady. My wife ordered a kale caesar and ordered the regular caesar salad. Both salad portions were large and served in a chilled bowl which I believe adds to the finished product.... More

We had a nice family dinner here. The steak bruchetta was delicious. We also had the shrimp and crab cakes, spaghetti, fettuccine, and filet. Top 2 were the crab cakes and kids spaghetti. The filet was overcooked and I didn't have enough time to send it back. The food and service were a bit slow and the server would disappear... More

My boyfriend and I had dinner here and enjoyed the food as much as the service! We had the spicy shrimp and eggplant appetizer which was incredible, bursting with flavor! We also had the caprese salad which was light and tasty. For dinner we each got a different salmon dish that was very good. Our server was wonderful. We look... More

The place is a classic and the menu is very specialty centric. Try the medallions with Gorgonzola crust. The service could improve a bit.

Wonderful value and terrific items for Happy Hour, weekdays. Grab a table outside or at one of the window tables in the bar. You can make a meal of two appetizers.....they're that generous. Restaurant is pretty inside. Found dinner items to be OK, somewhat overpriced. Go for HH!

We visited Brio this year after a 5 year gap to find that nothing had changed! No improvements, developments or modernisation. The service was very slow, even though the restaurant was only one quarter full. The food tasted like reheated, cafeteria food. The greeter was cleaning the windows behind us while we were still eating! On the plus side, the... More

If you like to walk around outside in the beautiful Arizona weather, shop for some much needed items and then take a break for a food coma, this is the place for you! Located in the Quarter, I believe that BRIO is a true anchor "store" or foodery! WE've gone probably twice a month and have never been disappointed. The... More

Six of us met at Brio for their Happy Hour. Brio happens to be the local fav watering hole of our hosts, and after this first visit, we know why it is. Very good prices, very good food, very potent drinks. Our friends tell us that they actually lower prices during the summer to attract locals to come out in... More
