Brio quality seems to be slipping

We visited Scottsdale in March and ate at the Brio in the Scottsdale Quarter. It was delicious, so my kids wanted to visit again. This time, something was a little off. For one thing, the buzz of a busy restaurant wasn't there; even thought it was a Saturday night, we walked right in and were... read more

We tried Brio again but the service is still marginal. Serbice continues to be friendly but innate five and as last weeks visit week noticed the phone ringing and ringing. The salmon salad is exquisite as are the pasta dishes. Highly recommend for a good dinner but expect marginal fservice Still a place we will return for the food.

Our daughter has gluten intolerance and they have a good selection of dishes for her to choose from. We all had different pasta dishes and they were all very good as is the bread and salads. Good choice to eat at when you are in Scottsdale AZ.

The food is absolutely wonderful and there are so many delicious items to choose from! There are many restaurants around Scottsdale with good food but Brio's is definitely in the top category because of the outstanding service, attitude and superb management!. Matt has a magic touch and makes every person feel important and welcomed! So with great service on top... More

This Bro has become our happy hour restaurant/bar of choice. We frequently shop at the Quarters and make this a 'must' stop. The happy hour menu is good, the drinks are great and the pricing terrific! Check it out, as the outdoor seating is a perfect way to end your day with a smile!

I enjoyed a delicious grilled salmon and pasta lunch. This items is only served for lunch and would be a great dinner time hit too. The service was excellent. The pretty, bright atmosphere adds to the appeal of a very good restaurant.

We love this place. They have some unique dishes and special tasty sauces. The atmosphere is great. We shared the chicken pomodoro and lobster and shrimp ravioli. I would go with the ravioli the sauce was incredible.

While visiting the Westin Kierland Resort, we decided to walk down the street to the Brio Tuscan Grille. The restaurant was not busy which made for a nice atmosphere (it was about 9pm on a Saturday). The decor was beautiful in the restaurant; they also had an outside patio (but it was too hot for us to sit outside). The... More

This was our umpteenth visit to Brio, and I must say they are steady and consistent. I've seen alot of the servers change, but food consistency has held steady. My wife ordered a kale caesar and ordered the regular caesar salad. Both salad portions were large and served in a chilled bowl which I believe adds to the finished product.... More

We had a nice family dinner here. The steak bruchetta was delicious. We also had the shrimp and crab cakes, spaghetti, fettuccine, and filet. Top 2 were the crab cakes and kids spaghetti. The filet was overcooked and I didn't have enough time to send it back. The food and service were a bit slow and the server would disappear... More
