We stumbled upon this restaurant after visiting our daughter at Greenbaum Surgery Center. We were just looking for mexican flavors and expected the usual mexican standards. Wow. I was very impressed with the food choices, different flavors and menu items and ordered the Pozole. Explosion of flavors, I kid you not. Absolutely wonderful. If I can, I will return. The... More

We love the Mission and have introduced it to many winter visitors who love it too. The outdoor patio is incredibly charming, the inside is a tad noisy but the food is so worth it. A tip - I would never have tried something called "pork belly" but it was recommended by my friend and is so yummy.

My wife and I dined at the Mission on Saturday night with another couple. We started with Margaritas and table side prepared guacamole, both were great. Our main dishes were also quite good. The only downside was feeling a little rushed by the staff and the noise level and tight spacing of tables in the dining room.

Our server made several recommendations from the table-side prepared fresh guacamole and chips, to the pork specialty of the house and the pumpkin bread pudding with vanilla gelato. It was all terrific. The wine list is okay and although I thought I had chosen a good wine, it was okay when paired. It might be a good idea given the... More

We went here at the recommendation of a friend. The food was ok, but nothing that I would crave to return for. The best part of the meal was the carmelized bananas we had for desert. The atmosphere was neat, but they packed way too many people in. We ate on the little patio outside and we were so close... More

Great food, lots of interesting choices, lively atmosphere. We had chicken anticuchos and tostados for the table as appetizers. Wonderful with great sauces. Yummy table side guacomole. Everyone had different tacos that we shared, short ribs, steak and chicken. All were terrific. Excellent wait staff.

My daughter and I had hoped to eat outside because we'd heard how pretty their outside seating area is. Unfortunately, it poured that night. I was worried that the restaurant would not be able to accommodate us inside because the restaurant is very popular and usually full but they graciously squeezed us in inside. Everything we had was very tasty... More

Mission is a unique take on traditional Mexican. First off the margaritas were terrific! We had several appetizers, street corn was really good, pork belly was outstanding, can't remember the other one but it was also really good. Guacamole made at the table was really good. We asked for it hot but it was barely mild. Pork tacos were great,... More

Great patio dining on a Sunday morning. Pick the steak that my wife had from the brunch menu. It was so delicious. My green chola quailed were good too but I've had better and they were a little cold. But I tasted the steak and that's definitely the right choice. They had an all you can eat pork taco station....
