My husband, teenage daughter and I recently visited Scottsdale. We went on a food tour and this was one of the locations on our tour. We all loved it so much we decided to make it our last stop on the way back to the airport. The food is amazing and we loved atmosphere. They have a great patio with... More

This was our first time at the Mission, but we will definitely be back! We usually make it to Scottsdale once a year, and we have so many favorite restaurants to visit, we don't always have time for new ones, but we are glad we made time for this one! We ordered the table side guacamole spicy and it was... More

The brunch menu is fairly small. I had the granola with fresh fruit and yogurt. It was beautifully presented. Hubby really enjoyed his eggs and chorizo served with chipotle honey grits and tortilla slices. They served the eggs soft as requested. The coffee was quite good and served with a nice shortbread cookie made with cinnamon and chili powder. We... More

After the Segway tour, we all were ready to sit down and enjoy some food and drinks. I had the short-rib tacos and they were outstanding.

Get reservations! This is a great restaurant with wonderful food! The margaritas and table side guacamole are a must! We were celebrating anniversaries with friends and the manager celebrated with complimentary liqueur and dessert! How awesome! Will we return? For sure!

We made reservations and were glad that the hostess indicated that a large group was coming in and were able to arrive a bit early and get our order in. The food and drinks were great and catered to my spouses gluten free needs. The atmosphere was also great for a romantic evening

Maybe I was over sold by the reviews on Trip Advisor. I made reservations 2 months prior with specific request because it was a special event for us. When we arrived we were promptly seated in the back next to another couple who were obviously on their first date, meanwhile the entire restaurant was available. When we mentioned that we... More

Ok, let's be objective here. The crowd is trendy, sophisticated and the drinks are ok. That's where it ends. If your a real foodie, don't even think about going to The Mission. You will be disappointed. They have a great pitch about the menu and a decent following but if you are really objective, the service is terrible and there... More

What an enjoyable foodie experience my husband, I and two friends had here. The atmosphere and food was outstanding. Although we were a party of 4 we ordered the house specialty of pork shoulder, more than enough for the 4 of us...we also ordered the table side prepared guacamole again a dish not to be missed. To top off this... More

We were directed to The Mission by a store clerk. We asked her where to eat that was NOT on the tourist map. This place was the best. We stopped mid afternoon. The decor is a mix of loft with exposed pipes, old time woodwork, chandeliers (everywhere!--love it) and a back it onyx tile wall that was just stunning. The... More
