Excellent Gormet Restaurant, with Prix Fixe Menu.

5 Star Service, Food, and Atmosphere. We started with a Mescal Pomegranate Cocktail, that was good without being too sweet. I'm not a fan of Set Menus, but dinner turned out great. I had the Filet, and my wife had Halibut. There are no sides with the entrées, which was different, but does... read more

We sat out on the delightful and romantic patio for our meal. The four course meal was delicious! The soup was one of the best I have ever enjoyed in a restaurant. My only complaints: the sorbet didn't seem to really compliment the rest of the dessert and... since I didn't order alcohol with the meal, the server was perhaps... More

We prefer to order from a menu and almost cancelled, boy are we glad we went. The atmosphere, service and food were all amazing. The smoked butternut squash soup was so good I wanted to lick the bowl! A great memory from our visit to Scottsdale. Loved the special ice water flavored with cucumber. A real gem.

We have visited Scottsdale the last 4 years in the spring for MLB spring training and each year Cafe Monarch comes up on Tripadvisor as the #1 or #2 place to eat in Scottsdale. So finally this year we went for dinner and we were certainly not disappointed! The menu was a set four course dinner. Great choices for the... More

The tasting menu offers limited choices , however, everything we tried was excellent. Service was OK but not great for a restaurant of this caliber.

We are accomplished chefs and very experienced diners at fine restaurants. Our experience at Cafe Monarch was one of the most wonderful dining experiences we've ever had. We had no idea when we were seated, but the delightful man taking care of us was Christian Lewkowicz, the owner. Delicious food, ambiance and service. We will return and enjoy this great... More

We very much enjoyed our prix fixe dinner at this lovely restaurant in downtown Scottsdale. Staff made a special effort to help us celebrate my wife's birthday.

Very crowded on the patio but the food is wonderful and it's a little eclectic outside. Inside is beautiful. Service was very good. One of those places you return to again and again; just something about it that comes together for a great evening.
