Description: Since 1951, Casa Manana is The Gila Valley's oldest Landmark Mexican...
Since 1951, Casa Manana is The Gila Valley's oldest Landmark Mexican restaurant serving many generations of families & friends. Our founders, "Gabby" & Emma Gabaldon began using family recipes & creating some of her very own. With a humble beginning in the original red brick house, guests couldn't get enough of of their food. Many additions were made to accommodate the many families that passed on the "Casa Crave" to the next generation. Original cast iron skillets used to make the green chili meat are still used today. The famous beef is still slowly cooked all night long using only a few ingredients and then hand-shredded. From freshly smashed avocados for the guacamole, award winning salsa to dip the addictive mixture of corn and flour chips. You are sure to discover your favorite dish when you stop in. The Casa family is waiting for you.

Started off well, good crispy chips (the flakey ones aren't very good) and good hot sauce. But the food is extremely greasy, couldn't eat much of it.

My husband and I enjoyed dinner a week day dinner last night. We were in town for a business meeting and had no idea where to go until I read the reviews on Trip Advisor on Casa Manana, and glad we did. It is located on the main drag and on the corner. Easy to find. There is ample parking... More

Two kinds of yummy salsa, chunky or smooth. Both great. Chips were a mix of corn tortilla and taco salad shell textured chips. Great mix! Fish tacos and green corn tamale real tastey. Dinner was just under$15! Super fast service.

This is a very nice restaurant choice in Safford. There is plenty of seating although they can great very busy. The service is friendly and quick. Chips and salsa are free with a choice of chips and salsa. You can substitute pinto beans for refried. The roast beef tacos were so good! Lean and filling.

Great Mexican restaurant in Safford. We have been traveling through Safford for years and finally found a good place to stop. What a relief, the staff is friendly, the food is very good and plentiful, and the service is competent and smiling! Yea!

One of my favorite restaurants. I love the atmosphere and the food. They are always happy to accommodate me and help find the right dish. I don't like super hot food, but I love one of their meat dishes. Because it is made fresh - the flavor varies - they are always happy to give me a sample before I... More
