In downtown Prescott, here's your best choice for Mexican. Menu has the traditional favorites. Very clean and great service. They brag on their Rellano which I found very good and you should try!

The owner email me and asked where they could send us something to make up for the lousy food and service and never delivered. Stay far far away from here! TOURISTS BE WARNED! Mexican out of a can!!!

Never have I felt so unwelcome or disrespected in my whole life! Being asked by the owner to leave because we had 2 kids sitting at a table that were not eating (well he didn't know we had 2 other people coming in) we didn't even get to eat because our kids were apparently taking money away from his 35... Went for late lunch. We noticed they had mahi mahi fish tacos..our favorite! So we ordered and to our amazement they were absolutely tasteless. The chipotle sauce was nothing more than mayonnaise with green food coloring. The portions were adequate but the price was ridiculous..$5.75 per taco! We also ordered shrimp tacos and they shells (2) were so soggy they... More

And I love mexican food, take trips to New Mexico just to eat. We stopped in for lunch, and I ordered a pork tamale and black beans. I have never in my life had a pork tamale with absolutely NO pork in it. The masa tasted good, but it was still just masa. The beans were OK. The green chile... More

The food is always good including drinks and the atmosphere is relaxed but fun. It's located right down town with all the action; walking distance to many places. Give it a try if you haven't done so.

All I wanted was some carne asada tacos. Hard to mess that up, but they did. Mostly lettuce, hard tortilla on the outside edge, soggy in the middle. Pick it up and everything falls out. 3 thin strips of "carne asada" that was mostly fat were found under the lettuce. It was beef, but definitely not carne asada. The beans... More

Only 3/4 of a block off Courthouse Square on Montezuma, tourists often fail to take that little walk that will yield some wonderful Mexican delights. As new Prescott residents, we found this 50yo establishment to be perfect for satisfying our "South of the Border" taste. They offer both a dining room and a Cantina next door to suite your quiet... Hubby grew up in "Preskit" and had eaten here as a teen. Went for a day trip and decided to eat there over many other places in town. We were NOT disappointed! Food is unique and fantastic, plentiful and well displayed. We got there just in time, as shortly after we were seated, there was quite a wait, but no... More
