Good beer and good food

This was very close to the hotel I stayed at... Had a good selection of beers, and fairly extensive selection of pub food

Always good food and good service. This is usually a pretty busy place but service has never been affected. Watch for their occasional specials not to be missed.

Burmeister burger is topped with PBC dip, a creamy blend of artichoke hearts, scallions, parmesan cheese and served on a choice of buns. I chose the challah and throughly enjoyed my burger. Wish I had the recipe for the PBC dip. It was delicious. My husband had the fish and chips. I tasted the fish and it too was delicious.... More

I have enjoyed almost everything on the menu during my time going there. Everything is delicious. The wait staff is delightful, happy to serve and helpful. If you like craft beer, this is the place to get some of the best around. My favorite is Petrified Porter. I must tell you, I usually don't drink beer, but I do at... More

PBC is across the street from the historic downtown courthouse square. It is fairly large and yet it doesn't have that "packed-in" feeling. The food and service are both great and there is an incredible choice in microbrews. Wait time varies depending on day, time and events in the square. Indoor and patio service available. Located in a small "mall"... More

A brew pub on steroids. Big menu selection and very good brews. Busy at lunch time for locals and tourists. Just across from the town square and easy to find. Good service.

I ordered Fish and Chips which were overcooked. The fish was like a piece of wood and the shrimp were inedible. The wedges, which apparently they are known for, was good, as were the coleslaw. Located downtown, you have a view of the historic courthouse. Apparently the BBQ was good, so just don't order the fish.

Thank you for choosing PBC and for taking the time to write a review. It was fair and constructive. Please accept my apology for the overcooked fish. It is a shame when a cook spoils something for a guest...especially something like our fish n chips, or fish & shrimp. Our fish n chips menu item has been on our menu... More

While visiting friends in Prescott, we dined at this restaurant. The menu was extensive enough to tickle each of our fancies, yet not overwhelming. Each of our meals were delicious, and my wife had a beer sampler, which she enjoyed. Our server was attentive but not interfering. The secondhand an old time feel, but had a bit of "store bought"... Ordered the fish and chips, which were very good. The wait was a little longer due to it being a very busy weekend in town, but the food was good!

We had one server for our group (upstairs area). There were about 35 of us. The food was average bar food, drinks were ok. When the server got to you she seemed happy and friendly enough. I don't like having to flag a server down, but this is what we had to do in order to get anything. Maybe the... More

Thank you for choosing Prescott Brewing Company. I would very much like to follow-up regarding your comments about lack of good service. Can you give me the date you were here, and time of day or night? Did you group have a reservation that we could have scheduled another server to assist with your party? Or were you a walk-in...
