Really, really good!

This place is just a block from Whiskey Row. The hostess welcomed us with a great smile. Amanda, the server was awesome. I had "Beef on Weck". It was roast beef au jus. The bun was really tasty. Excellent sandwich. The fries were great too. My friend said her Chicken sandwich was the best she ever... read more

My girlfriend and I had dinner at the Gurley Street Grill. We had the Ribeye and Ravioli and both were fantastic. Eric was our waiter and made our visit fun. We sat in the back room with the huge doors open. It was nice to eat inside and still experience the monsoon rain that coincided with our dinner. What a... More

Nice cozy place with a somewhat limited menu but, what they do serve...they do well! I had heard about their Cobb Salad and I was finally in the mood for just that. I was not disappointed! The chicken/turkey slices were well seasoned, the bacon crisp and everything else was very fresh.

My wife and I had dinner here. We sat by the window to watch the street traffic. Food was good, service was good, a little pricey, but worth it. Very good beer selection as well.

This was our first time here. We loved the ambience and the service. The historic brick building is convenient to the Plaza, just a block west. I had a chipotle burger, which was just above average and my wife had a hot beef sandwich. We thought the beef needed seasoning and more so the jus. Prices were typical for downtown.... More

July 14, 2015. I got a reuben with onion rings and cottage cheese. The onion rings tasted of old frying oil and I should have sent them back. Then I was charged $2.25 for the cottage cheese which was the one side I should have gotten included with the sandwich. The reuben had cole slaw on it instead of sauerkraut... More

Went for lunch with the family. Service was not spectacular but everyone's food was good. Right off the square it's super easy to stop in for a break between shopping.

Our waiter Kyle recommended the 'Black Bean Wrap' and it was delicious! I took my mother here for her Birthday and everything was perfect. Great waiter, he saw to it that Mom had a great time.

We tried other restaurants near the historic downtown, but the others were only so-so. The Gurley Street Grill is by far the best. Their many types of burgers are great, but my favorites are the grilled portobello burger and the HUGE salads. My friend loves the Ruben. We always take friends and visitors there and have never been disappointed. Soups... More

Gurley St. Grill has been around a long time with a different twist on their food. They offer appetizers, soups, sandwiches, salads and main entrees. Have been very pleased with the selection and variety.
