Now We Know!

Have lived here for over 17 years and had heard great things about this restaurant. We finally got to go for a late lunch. We sat in the old diner section. Great service and yummy food. Can't wait to go back for a breakfast as everyone says it's awesome!

Near downtown beside a stream and walking path, what could be better? The decor is fun! We 3 breakfasted in the rear room. None of our 3 orders was even close to being completely cooked or warm. A very bad experience. We had looked forward to it after a nice walk along the pathway.

All I can say is that everything I had to eat was good, and it was a nice friendly, casual, homey feel. Coffee, decent. Diced ham w/scrambled eggs- very good, and country potatoes- among the best I've ever had. The side of salsa had just the right amount of heat. The people next to me had basted and poached eggs,... A local friend suggested this place. It is slightly hidden on the side of the building. I think some call it the Creekside Cafe and Casa Alvarez. Apparently due to some ownership changes over the last few years. We stopped in for breakfast...I had a pancake combo (w/blueberries)...which included eggs, sausage & juice. Plenty to eat and pretty darn good.... More

Great food served by friendly waitress's. Pancakes any style, three kinds of potatoes, your coffee cup is always full. They have a restaurant in the front and one in the back (use the side walkway by the creek) and seasonal patio dining way in the back.

Quaint, historic Prescott staple. We enjoyed a recommendation from our Airbnb host for a local breakfast! Wow, great good, service & fun atmosphere. Best eggs Benedict & hubby had biscuits & gravy to die for!

Dining room in the back if you take the wrap around walkway on the creek side. The front dining room is small, but the booths are comfortable. Shared an order of waffles with eggs, and ham steak, and an omelette with toast, and hash browns. I asked for the hash browns to be crispy which can be a bad idea,... More

We enjoyed breakfast here. Very good food. Viola, our waitress was especially friendly and helpful. The meal was ready very quickly and Viola made sure our coffee cups were always hot and full.

This little cafe has a long and colorful history in Prescott. There are plenty of old photos on the walls and assorted business cards laminated on the tables. I usually go for a standard breakfast (two eggs, hashbrowns, toast and coffee) and I am never disappointed. The owners are cool people, as are the servers. There is an old-fashoined lunch... More

Wandered in on a Sunday late morning. Service was not exactly friendly, "crisp" might be a better descriptor and locals or regular customers were treated much differently which is to be expected but it does not go unnoticed. The attitude seemed to be that if you were not recognized the protocol was to get you in, get you serviced, take... More
