Very good place for simple, reasonably priced lunch

Not a fancy place, just good simple food at reasonable prices. The hamburgers and chili are quite good. The meatloaf dinner served on Mondays is to say the least ample and very good. Convenient for visitors to Sharlot Hall Museum.

Quaint, old restaurant where I eat on almost every visit to Prescott! The food is delicious, the service is friendly. The place is conveniently located about a block around the corner from the Town Square.

This (in my opinion) is a strictly "local" hang out......food is good but not worth going out of your way to get it

I am a local and enjoy the great home made style breakfast and lunch served here. Reasonable prices. The service is friendly and efficient. Choose from a large menu of favorites to please anyone. They do not serve dinner here, as dinner is served in the rear at Casa Alvarez Mexican restaurant along the creek. Located on West Gurley St.... More

We have eaten there one time, and we were underwhelmed. BUT, it is in a good location, and the food is decent.

We love to find places like this and this one did not disappoint. Friendly service, lots of coffee refills. Really love the small town diner feel but really what it comes down to is the food. There's a reason this place has been around for decades. Had a Special Waffle, Granola Special and Cinnamon Toast shared between two. I wish... More

Have lived here for over 17 years and had heard great things about this restaurant. We finally got to go for a late lunch. We sat in the old diner section. Great service and yummy food. Can't wait to go back for a breakfast as everyone says it's awesome!

Near downtown beside a stream and walking path, what could be better? The decor is fun! We 3 breakfasted in the rear room. None of our 3 orders was even close to being completely cooked or warm. A very bad experience. We had looked forward to it after a nice walk along the pathway.

All I can say is that everything I had to eat was good, and it was a nice friendly, casual, homey feel. Coffee, decent. Diced ham w/scrambled eggs- very good, and country potatoes- among the best I've ever had. The side of salsa had just the right amount of heat. The people next to me had basted and poached eggs,... A local friend suggested this place. It is slightly hidden on the side of the building. I think some call it the Creekside Cafe and Casa Alvarez. Apparently due to some ownership changes over the last few years. We stopped in for breakfast...I had a pancake combo (w/blueberries)...which included eggs, sausage & juice. Plenty to eat and pretty darn good.... More
