Quaint, good food, but small

This is a former train station located on Iron Springs Rd in Prescott. It is small, maybe 15-20 tables. Service was prompt, friendly, and helpful with descriptions of the various menu items. Four of us went, this was my and my wife's first time. Two of us thought the food was excellent and... read more

We love the little Café for so many reasons. It is close to our home, the food is always great, never had a bad meal, and for the two women there that we just think the world of, Mary and Linda. We have taken our family there when they visit, have taken friends, everyone loves it. We have known Linda... More

Very consistent. One of our favorite restaurants in town. Black and Blue burger to die for. Very nice and accommodating staff. Great bunch. Check hours though before dining. Somewhat limited but definitely worth planning around.

The Cafe has been here a few years and has consistently good food. Three of us went last night as sort of a farewell dinner for one of us and some good food: two had chicken fried tuna (!) with smashed potatoes and slaw. I had the creole fish basket- catfish, hush puppies and crab cake also with slaw. The... More

A small rustic place with great food. Had a marlin with a southwest flavor. My wife had Mexican food.

Always excellent service and an excellent meal. Have been here several times and have never been disappointed. The black and blue steak yummmm as well as the duck and several other entries. Quaint inside and nice outside patio for dining as well

On arriving at Iron Springs Cafe, I was already caveating my suggestion we try it to my wife and visiting friends. "Well, I've heard it's good, but I've never actually been here." I remember "crawfishing" as we parked the car and came toward the back entrance. Coming into the former depot, my immediate expectations were that a fried meal or... More

We recently ate our fourth meal at the cafe. The food on the menu is fresh, and prepared with a twist or two, ingrediant-wise. We stopped on a rainy Saturday, and all four of us opted for soup. The chicken and andouille sausage gumbo had a lot of spark to it, which is what we were looking for at lunchtime.... More

My wife and I moved to Prescott recently and are in the process of trying to find our favorite place to dine out. We have been to about 20 restaurants so far, and the food here is some of the best we have found so far . . . meaning everyone in our party of four had a very enjoyable... More
