This place is totally haunted.... And you feel it especailly as your round the bend to the restrooms. The food is OK, but the ribs were outstanding. The waitresses are sweet and the barmaids very nice. Im not sure if we will go back to done, but for a drink, you betcha!

western theme with real Cowboys out front, well at least they look authentic. Fun spot for lunch. Reuben sandwich was good, not the best , but good. Go at least once and don't be uptight, relax and enjoy. If you are in a hurry go to In N Out or mcD's

Stopped in late night to meet friends. Great historic atmosphere and service was prompt and friendly. A very cool place to visit. Local tap beer was cold and refreshing. A must see on whiskey row

Made a day trip to Prescott and after browsing the art and antique shops stopped at the Palace to relax. The Barmaid was very friendly and poured good drinks. The historical value and real western décor are part of the experience here.

We were hungry and cold after checking out Prescott and the saloon looked fun and inviting. We sat at a table in the bar and a couple of dudes were playing guitar. What a nice surprise! Our waitress was attentive and the food was great. I had the soup of the day, Tomato Basil, and it was tasty along with... More

With a forecast of snow to our north we headed towards Prescott on News Years Eve Day. After battling the elements we finally arrived in a snow laden Prescott and definitely in need of a meal. We noticed the Wild West appearance of the Palace Hotel Restaurant and decided to give it a try. What a treat - fantastic, efficient... More

We wanted a historic, fun "Prescott" saloon experience and this was my first choice according to other customer reviews. We went for lunch on our first day of the Prescott vacation, and this place lived up to its great ratings. It's one of Arizona's (if not the US's?) top historic saloons, we later found out. The cocktails were strong and... More

Lunch was very tasty, we ate every bite! Staff was dressed in historical period "Old West" clothing and very personable, restaurant is very historical, a must do when visiting Prescott. We go to The Palace at least once when we visit Prescott.

I Love the Southwest especially Prescott Arizona. I had the opportunity recently to be in Prescott at lunch time. I chose "The Palace Restaurant and Saloon" on the famous "Whiskey Row". I was extremely satisfied with the Old West charm and Authentic Wooden mirrored bar in this award winning establishment.. The food and service was GREAT. My lunch consisted of... More

The old bar in the front is so beautiful, the restaurant has a very large menu from steaks to a simple salad, got a fun souvenir glass too!
