Burger cooked as ordered

Went with group of old high school buddies. Decided on chili size, which was great except they ruined it by topping with some strange salty squeeze cheese. Who does that? Ordered onion rings, which were perfect! Place is a nice, quiet little location close to downtown.

Just looking for a simple but good lunch...both my wife and I are trying to limit our carbs, without sacrificing taste. This place gets it done!

Heard great things about Brown Bag Burgers. Paid $24 for two cheeseburgers and drinks - pricey. Ordered burgers well done and med well. Both were raw. Used knife to check it and showed the counter employee that meat was barely cooked. He took them and returned them 5 min later and exactly same, just soggy. Staff would not comment. Asked... More

Had the BESTchili ever with fries! Good customer service, you can tell they take pride in what they serve, only wish I didn't live soo far away in Pgh. Pa. I took the time to do this review because I feel they deserved it !!

First time eating here, from Phoenix, made a day trip to Prescott and decided to try this place out with family. The person taking our order was not helpful at all, felt rushed to place our order. When food came out two of the five burgers were the wrong. The lady basically yelled at us in the tiny diner made... More

If you are a classic burger lover then this is the spot. Nothing fancy here. Just classic burgers, fries, and shakes (with REAL ice cream) with an emphasis on big. If im not really hungry then i will split a burger and a fry with someone else and be full. They do it right and they do it well.

Service a bit slow; not a place when you are in a hurry. However the food was really good. Big burgers and so good. Best burger I have ever had.

$30 for two people for a burger and fries each? If the food was exceptional, maybe. I tried Brown Bag Burger a few months ago and was unimpressed but decided to give it another chance. This time: my son's burger was under cooked, my sweet potato fries were burned, the counter help was barely pleasant and it took over 30... More

The hamburger was really good and very large. But the winner was the chocolate milk shake - one of the best I have ever had. Thick and rich and creamy, just what a shake should be.

Not bad. The burger was ok and seemed to be fresh but a bit greasy. It also didn't have much flavor. Buns could have been of higher quality. Fries were excellent as were the chips. The place itself is ok but nothing special. Looking forward to trying Marino's Mob Burger place next time.
