Great food...we will be back!

We tucked into Genovese's for lunch one day with the family. We weren't expecting anything fancy, which it isn't. It's a good family style Italian restaurant. We all had sandwiches and salads. The sandwiches were awesome! Great red sauce, fixings, rolls, etc. I had the eggplant parm sandwich and I... read more

We went to dinner here for the first time. It is conveniently located to downtown Prescott and after dinner we were able to walk over and see the Christmas lights. The menu had many choices. The food was hot and okay. We might visit it again but it's not our first Italian choice.

This is a DEFINITE MUST if you are in Prescott!!! We traveled back here from Lake Havasu City because I was craving the Calamari Steak (and Kat and Jimmy's welcoming nature of course!) The service here is truly AMAZING, and the food is addicting! I don't know what else to say, except......you snooze, YOU LOSE! Mmmmmmmmmmmm Kent and Polly (Lifetime... More

Genovese offers solid Southern Italian dishes from an extensive menu--a real boon to a town that's otherwise short of good ethnic restaurants. It's right on Gurley Street, very near Whiskey Row. The room is nicely decorated (although a bit noisy at peak times). My Veal Pizzaiola was nicely prepared, a generous portion with a side of pasta that had a... More

Located a 1/2 block from Wiskey Row, it's well worth your effort to find Genovese's. It's not hard to find on the main drag of Gurley St. We found this little place by accident and it was a great find. We ate dinner at a highly recommended Italian restaurant the night before and it was a disappointment. We had lunch... More

Excellent food and drink, great service, although at the pricey end of Italian restaurants in area. But, you get what you pay for.

This is a great little family owned Italian restaurant. It's small, but cozy. Friendly waiter. We had the chicken piccata and the chicken sherry, but it was the chicken sherry that was superb! We saved the leftovers in our hotel room and took them all the way home to southern Arizona. We enjoyed them the next day for lunch. Definitely... More

Family run nice little place. Good food. Decent prices. Menu goes a little more upscale in the evening. It's the quiet sophisticated alternative to Rosas across the street. Portions are not hugs, quality seems to be there. Service is great. The restaurant is quiet enough to have a conversation without shouting. Amazing that Prescott has these good restaurants for a... I am fortunate to live only 3 miles from Genovese's, but I would travel far to dine there. My favorite dish is the veal and eggplant Genovese's, enough to share or take home the leftovers. The toasted raviolis appetizer is addicting and the tiramisu is the best I have ever tasted. I even buy their marinara sauce by the quart... More
