Best Pizza in Prescott, Arizona

Pizza at The Bistro is thin and crispy. It boasts the best crust and toppings you can find in Prescott -- bar none. This pizza is baked thin all the way to its edges. Tasty toppings cover the entire crust. It contains no doughy excess carbs. If you want lighter fare, The Bistro offers excellent... read more

We were there on a Saturday afternoon at around 1:30. We walked in the door and there was no one there except a couple of women who were getting ready to leave. We stood at the front for about 10 minutes and were never greeted and saw no employees. While we were standing there we started reading the chalkboard and... More

Call ahead, it's a family run operation. 1. The Bistro and the Veritas Wine Co. in Prescott Lakes are beyond most southwestern-raised folk... like myself. Why certain restaurants in Prescott get high ratings on here is BEYOND me. I live here, I work here, and I eat here. I know all the restaurant owners in Prescott by name. (The good... More

Light & tasty! Great pizza! Recommend for lunch. Wine available by bottle. Pleasnt atmosphere European style. Desserts home made.

While the wait was very long, that first bite made us appreciate the time it took for them to prepare our hot, fresh pizza. It was truly scrumptious & the ambiance of the place is perfect!

The Bistro is a great place to go on Fri or Sat nights for a relaxing evening of good food and good music at a reasonable price. Plus you can buy a bottle of wine next door to accompany your meal. The lunches are excellent as well if you are in the area. Bon Appetit!

Wow...went to the Royal Hawaiian last Saturday to meet a friend for coffee and snacks without previous experience so this was my first impression. Immediately, unsure if we should seat ourselves or be seated as the sign was 1/2 out by the entrance door. Turned out we were to seat ourselves. There were no clean tables, although there were 3... Food is ample and very good-but hours are particular. Open for lunch, but not always for dinner. More than once have arrived to find the place closed.

You will not be disappointed! Hands down the best pizza I have ever eaten and the friends with me agreed. One of our friends was trying to figure out how she could get some pizzas to take back to Washington on an upcoming trip. This is a family business. The husband sold us a great bottle of wine at an... More

We had a nice experience here but it is a bit odd. There are a number of rules which may be a bit off-putting to some. No substitutions from the menu. If you want wine, it must be ordered from the wine store adjacent to the restaurant. She had a panni sandwich, which was very good but if you want... More
