Typical corporate salty steak house. Ok service. Rib eye, average with extra salt. Petite filet - "fine" nothing special, cooked properly. Beef tips - Inedibly salty. daughter also reported "strange flavor" Potatoes (which she normally LOVES) were too salty to eat. Son usually DEVOURS ribs. This time he ate a coule and pushed away. This is an average typical corporate... More

For a chain, this is by far one of the best steaks i have ever had. The hostesses were average- pretty college girls who you can tell would rather be somewhere else, but offer a smile out of courtsey. The waitress was very sweet and attentive.

Due to some of the family traveling we had a family early Christmas dinner. Our waiter - Matt - was good. We eat at Texas Roadhouse because we very much enjoy their meals. What I don't like is the 'team' method of serving. Two 'assistants' bring out the meal - and as usually happens they spend all kinds of time... More

Chose Texas Roadhouse after being on the road all day, and locally owned dining options in Prescott seemed limited. It's one of the few chains we patronize. Pluses: friendly staff, manager stopped by with a next-visit coupon, good value both steaks and beers, family-friendly, and prompt service. Gripes: Texas Roadhouse is always noisy with hard walls and music deliberately loud... More

Great service and a very good meal. Noisy, and the multiple birthday party didn't help. The servers celebrate each birthday loudly.

We were a group of 8 people and the attention to service was outstanding. The server and the support staff was great. They always were ontop of the drinks bread and always asked if they could assist an any way. Food was prepared just as requested and service was outstanding.

Texas Roadhouse chain is consistent in the American cuisine they serve across the country. Texas style! The portions are hearty and you will have a noisy, active experience while you dine, but that is par for the course. Birthdays are celebrated at Roadhouse with song and saddle. This is a family place. It has an active bar, sports on the... More

The food is consistent with all the other texas roadhouse restaurants. They have a really good menu and the prices are pretty good. The portions are large and the food good. The hot biscuits with honey butter are wonderful! The service was outstanding!! A solid choice for either lunch or dinner.

I had always visited this restaurant just for the ribs--their specialty. But my favorite steakhouse closed and I was looking for another place for great steak. This is it! The filet cut was cooked perfectly and delicious. Now I will have a tough decision when visiting this business. Ribs or steak? Ribs or steak?
