I get the feeling that the high rating for this place is based on breakfast , not lunch. We split the Hawaiian chicken sandwich and the turkey Reuben. The Hawaiian sandwich was pretty plain tasting, just a basic piece of chicken. The turkey Reuben had thick buttery bread but a bit too buttery for me. The place seems pretty expensive... More

Right off the famous Courthouse Square, often crowded, we wandered in on a Friday afternoon at 2PM and it was pretty empty. We were surprised to find they close at 2:30PM. We had a fillet and a Ribeye. The waiter was very nice but bordered on kissing cousin friendly and sort of oversold the greatness of what we were in... More

The employees are very nice and friendly. They servings are very generous. A lot of the meals could be split and both of you have plenty to eat. This is a local restaurant with country charm and good old country cooking.

First time visit for a group breakfast. I was amazed at the quick service and hospitality. Quality and quantity was great. A little pricey.

Usually if you hear the place is really good it doesn't live up to the hype. However the opposote it is probably true here. It was even better than I imagined. Man versus food. Huge proportions. Great taste and service. High prices but well worth it given the size of the portions. Split the entrees.

We visited Prescott overnight in January and had breakfast here. The decor is true western. The wait staff very good with that homestyle quality. Table next to us had 4 authentic looking cowboy types. The most authentic part was the hearty breakfast being served to them. We followed their lead and I had scrambled eggs with ham and cheese and... More

Went to lunch, decided to have, in my mind, a small breakfast. WOW, was I shocked when the plate arrived before me. Not only was the service excellent, so was the atmosphere, food, seating. I would DEFINITELY recommend it.

My husband and I enjoyed lunch at the Lone Spur. We were seated promptly, and the waiter was attentive. One thing I really liked about our waiter is when we asked him what he enjoyed to eat here, he was not shy at telling us his favorites (I've had enough of wait staff saying everybody has a different taste which... While I always recommend this place for breakfast and lunch friday night is a must!! They call it prime rib fridays but I had a filet mignon and shrimp scamp. Full meal salad, potato, garlic bread. This is my new go to friday night out place. I am a local and this is by far one of the best downtown... More

We were seated and served rapidly and efficiently. The food itself was standard diner fare, except for the French Toast which was unusual in a good way. It is made from raisin bread which is battered then dipped in corn flakes, making for a really nice, crunchy yet tender sweet breakfast. You can get it with eggs and a side... More
