A friend was coming into town and wanted Mexican food. Fuego Bistro was highly rated so I set up a meeting there. The restaurant is at 713 E. Palo Verde which can't be seen from the street. I found 711 quite easily and knew I had to be close. Fuego Bistro is behind 711 hidden in a courtyard....very unique location.... More

If u blink you'll miss this place. Once you find it there is usually a wait to get in. No tables left outside so we sat at the inside dinning area where the tables were crowed together, the noise level high, and the servers running back and forth to the kitchen made me dizzy. There were four of us and... More

Kate and I found Fuego Bistro on TripAdvisor and while we’d never heard of it, the reviews were excellent and it was holding the #3 spot in the list of best restaurants in Phoenix so we decided to give it a try. Outstanding. Fuego Bistro a quaint, dark restaurant with great service and fantastic food. We loved this restaurant and... More

Can't wait to go back. Maybe tomorrow!!!! Had the empanadas and cornbread off the appetizer menu. Unfortunately no room for an entree. Great service. Very unique!

To find restaurants like this! What an extraordinary restaurant, one of the best ever, hands down. Without you, Trip Advisor, we would never have known of this one. Tucked a-way a-ways, Fuego Bistro is hard to find. Out-of-towners, do not give up. We kept circling until we found it. Small and inconspicuous, you'll need to be vigilant. The food is... More

In between streets, construction going on in front, the back of the "fountain court", your tastebuds will find satisfaction for food in Phoenix, Arizona. Yes, a little hard to find, off the beaten path, but certainly worth the search. This bistro has as many outdoor seats as it does indoors. The adult drink menu is extensive and scrumptious. The wine... More

We came here with a groupon deal. The place is a little difficult to find since its off 7th st, and down an alley. Then you have to find the small sign as it is in a alcove of a small building. We sat outside which was pleasant, if not a little cold. The service was average, nothing special. We... More

We stopped by here for one of our dinners during vacationing in Phoenix. It is a hidden place and hard to find if one was just wanting to drive-in for a nice restaurant for dinner. Yelp search lead us to this and we were glad that we did find them. The ambiance in the courtyard is excellent, waiters knowledgeable and... More

We went to Fuego Bistro because of the good reviews on TripAdvisor and weren't disappointed. It was very difficult to find down a dark street. It looks like a setup for a mugging, but it was perfectly safe. Fuego Bistro is small, with only a handful of tables. My son and I ordered an empanadas appetizer and chili relleno. The... More

The food and service here are truly above the norm. Wonderful southwestern/Spanish cuisine. Mole sauce was excellent. Service was outstanding, great teamwork and wonderful people. Marguerites were good. Quaint atmosphere, loved the music. The only compliant is way too much food. Kind of spoiled the total effect. We are true foodies, spend vacations eating and trying to burn off the... More
