Saw this place on living social. The food was great. We don't normally eat at a place with entrees over 20$ on a regular basis but so glad we had the coupon to try it. The food was all very fresh. We both got the pernil asado. The pork was lean and moist and the corn bread casserole was the... More

We went to dinner on recommendation of a customer. The service and food was excellent. I had the tilapia which was fresh and wonderful. The chili cornbread casserole was unique flavor. Would definitely find again when in Phoenix.

We have found a new favorite restaurant in Phoenix and have to thank Trip Advisor reviewers for recommending Fuego Bistro. We enjoyed our meal so much that we are going back with two other couples tomorrow night, our last night in Phoenix. We started with the Fuego salad. We split it, but it was easily enough for four. My wife... More

Quite a nice change of traditional noisy, fried places. Large cocktail list, imaginative menu. A lovely spot for a filling quiet dinner. Husband loved the key lime pie. The pork was delicious, and my sides of creamed corn with jalapeno and a moist, textured corn bread were lovely. Staff were fun and attentive without being distracting.

Would go back on a sunny day in order to sit in the cute courtyard. There are two completely separate indoor dining rooms that do not connect. The food was good to very good. I had a little gristle in my meat, but my husband's dish was better. The servers are hip and very nice, but our gal vanished for... More

We were in Phoenix and wanted to have a nice dinner on Saturday night. The Trip Advisor ratings were positive and the menu looked good. Wow, I am so glad we went to Fuego Bistro. We did have a reservation, but showed up 45 minutes early. We were warmly welcomed and seated immediately on the patio. My husband and I... More

Great unique menu. Many drinks to choose from. Excellent farm to table food. Service great. On the smaller size. We ate out side. Well worth it. My nephew and I split shrimp app. We both had the pork.

I had to find a restaurant for my boss in Phoenix (a town I've never been to personally and don't know anyone in) so I turned to Trip Advisor. I've used it for years myself and it has never let me down. That track record holds. The restaurant was a huge hit and he said the meal was "AWESOME". Thanks... More

A friend was coming into town and wanted Mexican food. Fuego Bistro was highly rated so I set up a meeting there. The restaurant is at 713 E. Palo Verde which can't be seen from the street. I found 711 quite easily and knew I had to be close. Fuego Bistro is behind 711 hidden in a courtyard....very unique location.... More
