We went to Fuego Bistro because of the good reviews on TripAdvisor and weren't disappointed. It was very difficult to find down a dark street. It looks like a setup for a mugging, but it was perfectly safe. Fuego Bistro is small, with only a handful of tables. My son and I ordered an empanadas appetizer and chili relleno. The... More

The food and service here are truly above the norm. Wonderful southwestern/Spanish cuisine. Mole sauce was excellent. Service was outstanding, great teamwork and wonderful people. Marguerites were good. Quaint atmosphere, loved the music. The only compliant is way too much food. Kind of spoiled the total effect. We are true foodies, spend vacations eating and trying to burn off the... More

Hi guys and thank you so much for the positive feedback.. i totally get the obnoxious amount of food we provide, but there would be a revolt if I started serving a one inch cube of cornbread with an avocado foam lol.. Cheers! More

The search was well worth the effort. Usually, I read Trip Advisor reviews before going to a restaurant but all I saw on Fuego Bistro was the high rating. With that and our Groupon coupon, off we went. As stated in previous reviews, you might think you are in the wrong area. Upon arriving, I was sure that my spouse... More

Sometimes you stumble across a place that exceeds all expectations, and what a joy when that happens. Our experience at Fuego Bistro wonderful. We started out the the empanadas, a wonderful mix of beef, rice and beans like a fried taco. Bursting with flavor, they were fabulous. the on to the seared ahi for me and the pork asada for... More

My wife and I went there on a Wednesday night. It's a little hard to find and is in an area that you might question being in at night. However, find it and don't question the area. The parking lot is well lit. When you walk into the place, you see a courtyard with tables and chairs. The inside of... More

After a week in Arizona, this was our "last meal" before the flight back to the Northeast. And it was excellent! We ordered two appetizers to share, as we were told by our server that the portions were quite large: Empanadas and the Cuban cornbread. Both were quite good, and filling. For dessert, we shared the Horchata bread pudding -... More

We had been here several years ago and enjoyed our meals and now I don't know why it took us so long to return! We had a Groupon for a feast for 4 people which included about half the menu (appetizers, entrees, desserts & margaritas) and everything was delicious. The service was perfect too. We won't wait so long to... More

Fuego is in an unusual part of town but a nice surprise once inside quaint patio with character and nice artwork. It's the real deal, tasty not watered down cocktails (red sangria yummy) and very pleasant down to earth staff. We have pictures of our food, but the empanadas stole the show. Everything was very good, we even had a... More

A casual, small location and difficult to find, however, with Garmin, it took us right to the place. We arrived at 6PM, were greeted and seated immediately on the outdoor patio. We suggest you arrive early because by 6:30, when the 2 piece guitar/singers started the place was full. We suggest you go to Trip Advisor, review the comments and... More

Wow, Wow, Wow!!! The food and service are phenomenal. My wife and I had a feast with 4 appetizers, sangria, salad, Pernil Asado, and dessert. There were so many new distinct delectable flavors that we both enjoyed thoroughly. The service was great, hats off to you Kevin. We will return for sure.
