While the food was very tasty, it was also very, very, heavy. We couldn't eat even half of the combo plate and we still got bad heartburn. Plus, the place is not cheap. I have been going to the Tee Pee since my family moved here in the early 60's. I have also lived in Mexico City. The Tee Pee has always had delicious down-home AZ-Mex style fare, not to be confused with authentic Mexican food. Both good, not very similar.
