Great food, slow service

We ate here 1 evening for dinner and the food was tasty and a great value. Service was friendly and adequate. We came back the next morning for breakfast. The omelette were wonderful. Delicious and filling. Wish I had taken a picture. But the service was very slow. We even had to wait to pay.

After a concert at the USAirways Center, I stopped in here because it was right across the street from my hotel, the Hyatt. I told the server I wanted anything they could get out quickly. She said, "it's not too busy, anything should be quick." I order the Turkey Panini. It was very tasty. I only drank water, and I... More

First, I will say that the food we had was good and portioned well. Other than that we had to wait 10 minutes to see a wait staff member to order drinks, sat down to only one set of silver wear for two people. Asked for that silver wear once we saw our waitress and after 10 more minutes just... More

Visited the place several times during my recent visit to Phoenix.Nice little place with outdoor setting and live music. The meatloaf sliders were very good and they have a nice happy hour.

We got in late and they were still open. Service is slow but friendly and helpful. The food was okay - not terrible but not awesome. I had the rueben and their fries.

Had dinner here while recently attending a conference. Our outside table was dirty and was not wiped off before we sat down. One of my friends ordered a beer from the "specials" menu that was placed on the table but was charged full price ($4.50 vs. $3.00)...not a lot but even when she pointed it out they would not change... We were at the convention center for a gymnastics competition for the weekend. Steve's is right across the street and the food was amazing. One lunch special was 2 large fried tilapia filets, cole slaw, a bowl of clam chowder and fries for only $8.95! They had a nice selection of items, great prices and nice cold beer to enjoy... More

I stopped in for dinner one night while in Phoenix for a convention. I was promptly seated inside and ignored for 20 minutes. Once the waitress arrived the service was fine. I had a burger and salad. The food was average at best. OK, inexpensive for the area, but nothing to write home about.

In the rather sterile environment of downtown Phoenix, Steve's Greenhouse Grill is a great place to escape, relax and refresh. Across the street from the Hyatt and the Convention Center, it's the perfect spot to have a breakfast, lunch, drink or casual dinner. One can sit inside or outside (under cover) which is particularly pleasant when cooped up inside the... More

A coworker and I ordered dinner to go a couple hours ago. It was terrible. I ordered the Chicken Alfredo and he ordered the steak sandwich. We both threw our meals away after a couple bites and ended up ordering room service at the Hyatt Regency. I normally don't like leaving bad reviews on places but this was some of... More
