Consistently Good

Nice old downtown watering hole. Irish-American menu good and open late. Local favorite and attracts out of towners.

I ate here twice while in the area on business, the food was good and arrived quickly, the drinks were stiff and the bill was reasonable.

Cozy Irish pub with great food. Next door to hotel San Carlos. Ask for Brooke . We had the chicken pot pie witch was great. And the French dip. There was so much food we left completely satisfied. had a complete bar for those who imbibe

This pub has fantastic evening traditional Irish food with some classic American food mixed in. It has an amazing scotch collection behind the bar with flights to try in a variety of themes.

We arrived on a Saturday afternoon and NOTHING was open...not even a coffee shop! Thankfully on our walk we discovered this Irish Pub. The corned beef was absolutely delicious!!! The variety of beers was outstanding. Of course the Guinness was perfectly poured and hit the spot. It was 104 degrees outside! Pleasantly surprised to discover that Seamus McCaffrey's Irish Pub... Stopped by for dinner during a business trip. Near the baseball stadium, arena, and convention center. Centrally located. Food was OK, it is a bar. Asked for black and tan beer twice and they could not do it right, kind of strange for an Irish Pub. Menu is varied. Everyone at the table said food was OK, but not great.... More

We stopped here for lunch. I had the vegetarian boxty which was just ok. I left a lot of it. Husband had the fish & chips and said was just ok too. Our server was very helpful and friendly. About the only good thing about this place. We won't be returning.

It is a great irish pub. Neighborhood pub style lots of locals. If you like Irish Whiskey this is the place to go. My wife and I just stopped for a drink so can't help with food.

Heard and read good things and wasn't disappointed. I had the chicken boxty, which is much like a deconstructed chicken pot pie, but with a potato pancake on top. A large portion (couldn't finish but half of it) and good flavor. I'd go back for more!
