I ordered take out and as I waited , not too long, a copy of a review self confessed the place to be a dive. But it's clean, the fish and chips good and plenteous. Great for a quick lunch

Simple, clean... a treat to stop-by when in the area... as always their fish and chips were crisp and fresh... the okra crunchy and delicious with the Louisiana hot sauce... first time for their hush puppies and they were wonderful. Traveled a fair amount thanks to military career and those hush puppies rival any I've had in Missouri or Alabama--with... More

Our family has loved going to this restaurant off & on for over 30 years. We drive 30 to 50 miles one way to come there, that's how much we loved their food. However after the experience we had yesterday sadly we will definitely find a new family place to go to. We always get 2 pieces of fish, one... More

This place serves great fish and chips. If you're looking for a fancy restaurant, look elsewhere. This restaurant has been open for many year's (and it show's) servicing many different people that live in town or out of town. Let's face it, this place is nowhere near an ocean, but again they do have decent deep fried fish at a... More

If you are wanting an upscale restaurant with healthy food, look somewhere else. But if you want a great "hole in the wall" place where you can enjoy good, old time fish & chips, this is it! We try and go here to eat every time we happen to fly into Phoenix around a meal time. It's not real far... More

Wanted to try this place after reading the reviews. Arrived around 730 in the evening. Parking lot was full so figured we made a good choice; wrong! Insided was dirty. Had to clean our booth and move the trash that was underneath. My wife had the fish and chips; I had the 4 piece shrimp dinner. No taste to the... More

I really liked the fish and shrimp. The story has it that people line up outside the building to get dinner, so we went around 4:00. It was empty, which was nice sine there were 9 of us. Everything on the menu is fried it seems. If you are up for that, you'll enjoy it.

This is a very non descript restaurant with no atmosphere in a run down neighborhood but the food is to die for. We stop here whenever we are near the airport and are never disappointed. We have been coming here for years. My hubby likes the fried shrimp and the cocktail sauce, but I like the fish and fries. Sooooo... More

You'd never think that in an ugly area by the airport there's such good food. But there is. Fish and chips are awesome so are a few other choices as the rice & trout and fish sandwish.
