Lesson learned...sometimes a restaurant that served up poor quality from a dated menu change with time. My wife and I hadn't been here for many years for the above stated reasons but recently we found ourselves desperate and starved and in need of immediate nourishment. And there appeared the Good Egg. With trepidation we decided to give it a try.... More

This is one of my favorite places to go for breakfast. Everything is fresh and cooked very well. The feel of the place is a little dated but comfy.

Good place for great cup of coffee, the prices have increased some, however they have punch tickets for a free meal after 7 visits, in addition you can ask for dishes that are not on the menu. Our server was very well versed in what was available and we had a great meal. Definitely will go back. Great location in... More

Large portions of good flavored food. Too much to eat and fairly expensive. Recommend trying but a little much on a budget.

This place has great food, coffee and we are repeat customers, HOWEVER, even after a great conversation with the manager about reviews online, our service was poor! The server forgot to bring out one of our items, at one point didn't come back and left another server her tables, and we never got our refill on coffee that she offered... More

Good brunch. Local food, very fresh and all prepared to order. The menu has a lot of variety to it. Don't think I've ever tried anything other than breakfast items, though. Plenty of outdoor seating but we weren't interested in sitting out there in June. Decor inside is okay, clean and serviceable.

Service was ok but It has been better in the past. We had breakfast and it was good but could have been better. They weren't very busy when we were there but it seemed like they were as they were a bit slow. They may have had a big group in the back that we did not see. Recommend if... More

Mediocre food, good prices..just okay. The food at Denny's is more flavorful. Cheap hollandaise made from powder.

We stopped here by chance while in Phoenix. The food and service were both excellent. We tried the Key Lime (featured special), chocolate chip, pineapple upside down and berry pancakes. They were all delicious. Definitely recommend - there were traditional breakfast favorites and plenty of variety on the menu to please adults and kids.

Always have breakfast at The Good Egg when in the Phoenix/ Scottsdale area. Food is delish. There is something for everyone on this menu. Staff pleasant and you can sit outside if you wish.
