Quiet with great food

I met a business associate here who kept telling me I had to try Little Cleo's. Our server was wonderful and her suggestions were excellent. I ended up having an excellent seafood meal in a quiet environment. Give Little Cleo's a try!

We sat at the bar & each ate a dozen oysters & drank champagne at happy hour. The waiter was really good & the oysters were terrific. Then we moved on to dinner & split the lobster roll & the squid ink pasta with clams. Both dishes were delicious. We were beyond full but had to try a dessert. We... More

We generally enjoy Sam Fox restaurants, but this concept didn't impress. The restaurant, part of the Yard complex, is relatively small. There are 3 seating options; an outdoor "patio" which faces the Yard activity, a small indoor dining area along windows facing the Yard, and a counter overlooking the kitchen. The limited decor is rather cold. Maybe the fact that... More

Good food and good service, but prices a little more than similar restaurants. Very crowded but service was not affected.

We were there once and felt the portions were very little but decided to give this place a try again for their Valentine's Day menu. It's actually 4 course, the third course is sparkling wine in a shot glass half full with a tiny scoop of grapefruit yuzu sorbet. The first course looks good from the menu, oyster, shrimp, king... I'm a farm boy who grew up on midwestern cooking, but I did live in Baton Rouge for 18 months. I had many great cajun meals in BTR and New Orleans. Little Cleo's is inside The Yard, a Fox Restaurants nightclub in a hip part of town. Parking is hard to come by so I advise using the tip-only valet... More

I needed very simply prepared food and a quiet atmosphere. Here the chefs cook right in the middle of the restaurant. They gave me a wonderful fresh well grilled sea bass and cooked spinach that was so yummy. The leaves were fresh and green, it had been barely cooked and all the flavor and taste was in it. Just like... More

I have no problem paying big bucks for a special meal out, but this place is not above average. The food was good, but not great. The same atmosphere can be found at any Sauce or Subway-nothing wrong with that, but I don't want to pay top dollar for it. The portions were very small as well. You can get... More

Oysters on the half shell, roasted octopus, tuna tartare salad, bouillabaisse, al fresco on a soft October evening in Phoenix. Add Attentive service, a mixologist who can make a real sazerac, and beignets in warm caramel which can rival Cafe du Monde, and you reach non-pareil status. Easily the best seafood in Phoenix, Fox has hit the ball out of... More

I usually am slightly disappointed in most of the Fox Restaurants but everything we tried here was absolutely delicious. When you walk in it's almost like a city. The Little Cleo Restaurant looks very old fashioned but clean and even uses vintage looking glassware. We started with Crispy Frog Legs and the Sturgeon Bacon Toast. My husband said the Asian...
