Have eaten here numerous times and I haven't been disappointed yet. Favorites are the shrimp gumbo, shrimp po'boy and the seafood platter. Service is good even though they get quite crowded for lunch and dinner.

On a whim really, had the wife and kids here for dinner on a weeknight, no special occasion. Our server Briana was quick to take our drink orders and get them to the table with some french bread to keep the boys quiet. Always a sign of a good server in my opinion.. We started w/ two apps; a combo... More

Whenever in Phoenix we always arrange a trip here. It has an easily accessible location, beautiful furnishings and the food is consistently excellent. With a varied menu, it is easy to find something you like and everything we have tried is excellent. I particularly like the oyster appetizers. It is a large restaurant, so it can be a little noisy... More

The place is always busy for dinner. Good food and good atmosphere. The made at tableside Greek salad is great. If you like seafood with a Cajun flavor, this your place!

We have a Pappadeaux Restaurant back home in the Chicago area and they have the same menu. I was happy to see that. Their seafood cobb salad is THE best. It was good to have something like that after being on the road for 9 days and eating out. Also had the coconut shrimp. I have no complaints about this... More

The shrimp was awesome, The Alligator was very very good, and you just can’t miss the shrimp crawdad fondue. it was busy, not cheap, but wow was it good. the crab puffs where large and delicious, and to top it off, the bread pudding is the best I have ever had, beat out the Golden nugget bread pudding by just... It was rather loud, and a little packed, but the food was excellent, our server was lovely, and the wine was good. The atmosphere was fun. It would have been great for a party or larger group-- probably not my favorite place for an intimate dinner. Depending on what you order, the kitchen seemed good at getting food out quickly.

We have been eating at Pappadeaux's restaurants around the country for years and always have had a excellent dining experience regardless of the location. This Pappadeaux's in Phoenix was just great and was as excellent as all of the other locations we have eaten at. The secret to the menu is in ordering the traditional New Orleans style Cajun/Creole specialties... More

Went there recently because I've heard and read many good reviews on the place. I could never justify paying more than 10$ for any plate of dried fish but 28$ was very excessive especially when the fish was dry. The cornmeal breading on the fish gave it flavor but you had to drown it in sauce because it was so... More
