Awesome In Every Way

Let me start by saying this place is loud so be prepared for that. I've been to Pappadeaux numerous times over the years and have never been disappointed! All of the grilled and blackened fish dishes are amazing and you've got to try all of their sauces to top off the fish (they'll even put it on... read more

During a recent quick weekend trip to Phoenix, my wife and I chose Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen based on its reviews, location in relation to our hotel and our love of seafood. It was a Friday night around 7, and we were told it the wait would be 45-50 minutes. It turned out to be about an hour, but we didn't... More

We have visited this restaurant in this location several times for both lunch and dinner and the service, menu selection and food quality is consistently high quality. It is the kind of restaurant that we don't hesitate to take family members or out of town visitors. My wife is a diabetic and must vigorously avoid high fat and carb entrees... More

They take special orders and the servers are just top notch. Great decor and fun to see and visit. Oysters are the best I have ever had.

Went with a bunch of people, and we loved the atmosphere, and just loved all of the seafood options, and everything we had was great! Wonderful seafood restaurant, and look forward to going back.

I first discovered the Pappa's chain of restaurants in Houston back in the 1980's. They had a whole series of restaurants that each focused on a type of food but always with great food for good prices and wonderful staff. They had Mexican, Cajun, Italian, Greek and Seafood restaurants all with a variation on the Pappa's name. Pappadeaux's was my... More

My husband and I met a friend for lunch here last week. We were greeted by friendly staff, and promptly seated. Our waiter was professional and accommodating. We all ordered the fried catfish. Our friend got the etouffee with it, and my hubby and I ordered it with dirty rice and beans. It was all very good. We had the... More

This place never disappoints. The food is always very good with pretty good portions and the ambiance terrific! Our server was attentive, friendly, and personable. It's not a place that we would come often because it's way too pricey - $26 for crawfish etouffee that should cost closer to $15. But for a special occasion or treat this is a... More

Driving north thru Albuquerque on way to Santa Fe I knew I needed dinner. Choice was north Albuquerque or drive on and eat later. I decided to stop, I always like alligator and had a great waiter who went out of his way to assist me on questions with my food allergy. The meal was great. A little pricey but... More
