We were sucked in because of the Beard Award but we would revisit for the experience. Having a server who know the food on the menu and the ingredients in those foods is just an amazing aspect of the meal. We enjoyed the classic pizzas for an entree, but the olive oil and bread was also great. The atmosphere was... More

Had a wonderful visit to this quaint restaurant. From the food, to the service and decor, an overall excellent experience. I absolutely loved their antipasti choices and plan to go back and try something different along with trying their daily specials. My husband is picky about his pizza and said their thin crust pizza was as good as the pizza... More

Don't think you'd even notice this tiny spot just driving by, but worth the stop. We picked up sandwiches to go & they were on Chris Bianco's lovely bread -- try it !

Great food, great staff, fast, friendly service, and an owner who is always around checking to see if his customers are happy and satisfied. Looks can be deceiving, so ignore the outside appearance and sample the great tasting sandwiches, salad and soup at lunch and pizza and past for dinner. You will not be disappointed in another of the Bianco's... More

Was pleasantly surprised, after seeing the outside of the premises. One can see it is a very popular place, judging by all the people coming in and out whilst we were having lunch. Quality of food very good indeed, service great, and owner very interesting to talk to. Artwork by owner's father, very talented man. The homemade bread we bought... More

We did take-out. I had the Mozzerella Sandwich and it was fantastic!!! The homemade foccacia was awesome! The housemade mozzerella was so soft and delicious! And as a bonus it was read with amazing speed. We loved it!

After searching several food locations for our first visit to Scottsdale, I convinced my husband to make the journey with our 4 year old son. The location is deceptive as most parking is in the rear, which made my husband think it was empty and we may not stop. In the end, he said, "I stand corrected, this place is... More

All ingredients are the best available and the bread is baked in a wood fired oven. We usually p/u to take home, but there is a casual dining room and outdoor picnic tables. We also love the soups and the pizzas.

Chris Bianco has enjoyed his rightful place for over ten years in the top echelon of pizzaiolos in the country. While the competition has significantly stiffened with new spots opening seemingly daily in all parts of the country, all boasting house made mozzarella, “OO” flour, cold dough fermentation, and San Marzano tomatoes off the slopes of Mt. Vesuvius (or was... More

The bread here is fabulous, so any sandwich they make here will be wonderful! They had a lamb special that they put on a bed of lettuce for me, and that made me happy. The waiter was excellent and attentive. The second time we had a meal here, my husband loved the pizza with the beer selection. I wasn't crazy... More
