Ribs were great definitely a local spot nothing glamorous about the restaurant but the food was very good the sauces were traditional sweet sauces but the ribs/chicken was fall off the bone. It's very pricy for what it is as I have had comparable for a fraction of the price. . Overall though I was very satisfied with the place

This place will not get any awards for decor, but there is no denying that their ribs are top quality. It's not baby-back size ribs, but they are very tender, juicy and tasty. Wouldn't mind having these ribs some other time.

There's a small handful of very popular restaurants that I don't understand why it's popular, Honey bear is one of them. All the food is average to me. If your office has a party it's likely it'll come from here. People go crazy for the beans which taste like corn syrup, sugar and bean texture to me. But don't take... More

The place is a dive - that well known but on this occasion the cashier ho took the order was rude and unhelpful. The soda machine only dispensed lemonade, all other choices were out of order. Food was OK - it used to be better. Overpriced $6.99 plise tax for a small pulled pork sandwich. Unlikely to go again.

This place has some very dedicated fans and one gave me a raving recommendation to visit during a trip through Phoenix to Tucson. I’m sorry I took the time because the product is below average and the place is a dump. The men’s room was the worst I have seen in years and the staff was at best indifferent .... More

This place looks like it's been here for 40 years. Basic BBQ menu. Very good food. Prices were reasonable. We were visiting the Tovrea Castle across the street. I had a bbq beef sandwich with beans and a drink when I saw the combo plate I wished I had ordered that.

My husband has raved about this place for years - I have to say if I saw it in the side of the road I'd never gone in. However this place is one of those local joints that's a best kept secret - the sauce is amazing - pulled pork sandwich and side of beans were amazing. I'm usually pretty... More

Ok, so it won't win the "best place for a romantic occasion" contest anytime soon, but this place is all about barbeque - the real thing. We split a a pound of BBQ pork and whole order of ribs and they were both great. Great place for a quick lunch

Order at the counter. Plenty of tables when we went. The pulled pork was delicious and the service was terrific. We'll definitely be back!

The way BBQ should be. Counter service, but plenty of tables. My wife & I split a full order of ribs. This was a 3 day supply for us seniors. We both had cole slaw sides, my wife had the beans and I had the mac and cheese. Everything was very good. I have eaten there, or gotten take out... More
