Try to sit outside of weather permits, the service and the food are excellent. They always finish the dinner with a plate of cotton candy, Ask your waiter about the story and have a great time!!

We spent my birthday there and were greatly pleased with the service. The evening was filled with entertainment of our server and as well as treats from the kitchen.

Ate here last night with husband and son so am writing to help set expectations. Giving 3 stars because the food was good, portions small, and service - well read below. Husband had prix fixe tasting menu with wine pairings and really enjoyed the wine. Both had filet mignon which were good but definitely small like 4oz. Do not expect... More

My wife and I dined on Valentine's night when only a limited prix fixe menu was available. The food was good but not great. The servers were rushed and seemed robotic rather than caring and personal. The adjacent lobby was loud with many conventioneers. I would spend my $300 in a different venue next time.

Dolan Olsen, the Manager of this restaurant is the rudest restaurant manager I have ever come across.Coming from a NYer that is a powerful statement. Despite a completely empty restaurant he said he would not sit me until two hours as they were fully committed. IT WAS EMPTY and NO one else was waiting! I walked over to the hotel... More

Supposedly the "premier" dining venue of the Arizona Biltmore, the “premier” part was missing. The waiter was a bit too casual in his style in this type of venue and was never around when you needed a new drink or had a question. Their version of onion soup was a slice of cheese in the middle of a large shallow... More

The food was exquisite, from the chef's amuse bouche of foie gras and peanut butter, to the west coast oysters, to the beef Wellington, to the elegant dessert. Service was top-line professional. However the wine service, for which this restaurant has always been known, fell prey to a common but disconcerting problem: they vintage they offered to serve was different... More

We celebrated my wife's birthday with 12 of our friends and the place was great. The general Manager Dolan made sure everything was ready including the cake prior to us arriving and Tom our server made sure all of my guests were taken care of while we were there. Between the two of them it made for a very memorable... More
