At the heart of the resort, T. Cook's culinary philosophy of magnifying the purity of fresh, seasonal ingredients is a celebration of its treasured legacy. For nearly two decades, T. Cook's has garnered both local and national acclaim. This time-honored tradition lives through the vision of Executive Chef Paul McCabe.Chef McCabe's culinary style can be summed up in three words - crafted, thoughtful and bold - which are all precisely in line with the Mediterranean principles of fresh, seasonal, local and ingredient-driven cooking.Explore the new T. Cook's this season. Whether for a special, romantic occasion with a candlelit dinner on one of our two patios, complete with scenic Camelback Mountain views, inviting fireplaces and blooming bougainvillea; for socializing with friends inside T. Cook's vibrant and colorful new dining room or glass-enclosed Wine and Tequila tasting room; or, for inviting colleagues to your next power lunch. All of this and more are currently on the menu at T. Cook's restaurant this season, located in the heart of the Phoenix and Scottsdale area.

Reuben for lunch was great. Ambiance always nice, inside or out. Service this time by Jackie was excellent. Reservations recommended. Bar food has remained good and serves poutine which was new and tasty and a welcome surprise to our Canadian guest.

We are native Phoenicians. We know the original T. Cook's, and we've gone there several times for anniversary celebrations and other special family gatherings over the past 20 years. We've overnighted at the resort, too. I don't know when things changed, but it's not like it used to be. Restaurant decor has been "refreshed", and I think it has lost... More

Doesn't matter if you go to T. Cook's for breakfast or dinner, you're going to enjoy both good food and excellent service!! If you go for breakfast, see if you can have Tatino as your waiter, if you go for dinner, see if you can have Paul as your waiter. If you're going to celebrate a special occasion, leave a... More

Every bite was phenomenal. I had a beautifully prepared steak, and my husband had the vegetable risotto. The caramel apple cheesecake was divine as well! We'll definitely be back!

This restaurant I've found, is highly overrated. I had a mediocre experience the first time I was there and was convinced by friends to try it again, and I did, then I tried Sunday brunch and I remain completely underwhelmed. The service is great and it's a lovely atmosphere. Don't misunderstand, the food is good, it just isn't as good... More

Fine dining restaurant at the Royal Palms Resort. The wait staff is friendly and compared to other restaurants in the US the service is 'slower' which we thought was perfect. You get the time to enjoy your cocktail before you get served your food and you can finish your glass of wine before they already bring the check to your... More

Went in for breakfast and had a great experience. The coffee and scones were delicious, the waffles were good, and the breakfast burrito is awesome. Our server, Jackie, was fast, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely be back.

First off the restaurant was empty at 7:00 p.m., table was lovely but the restaurant was hot, hot, hot. Phoenix weather as you know is very warm in the summer months. I believe it was 115 last night. This place needs to cool the restaurant down properly before they open for dinner. I asked the waiter if he could please... More

Sunday brunch was ahhhmazzing. Everything was so fresh, so full of flavor cant wait to go back. Our Server Brad was so friendly and the bottomless mimosas added to our great morning.
