At the heart of the resort, T. Cook's culinary philosophy of magnifying the purity of fresh, seasonal ingredients is a celebration of its treasured legacy. For nearly two decades, T. Cook's has garnered both local and national acclaim. This time-honored tradition lives through the vision of Executive Chef Paul McCabe.Chef McCabe's culinary style can be summed up in three words - crafted, thoughtful and bold - which are all precisely in line with the Mediterranean principles of fresh, seasonal, local and ingredient-driven cooking.Explore the new T. Cook's this season. Whether for a special, romantic occasion with a candlelit dinner on one of our two patios, complete with scenic Camelback Mountain views, inviting fireplaces and blooming bougainvillea; for socializing with friends inside T. Go for it!

We dined in the private room. I asked for ambiance, rose petals all over, candles and a bouquet of lovely flowers for our daughter, and the undivided attention. We got all of this and more from them, plus (by the way) superior food. please visit, you will not be disappointed! :-) I will be back... read more

Very good food, nice ambiance and a change from modern, contemporary to a traditional, older feel. It was a nice change from the atmosphere's we are used to! Would definitely visit again for the food, service and experience.

T Cooks has become a must for my wife and I every time we are in Phoenix/Scottsdale area. The location inside of the Royal Palms is magical and the service and quality of the menu is spot-on every time we come. This is our second review in as many years and continue to recommend T Cook's to friends who frequent... More

I don't know if we just hit a bad night or if things are going wrong at T Cook's, but what should have been a relaxing and enjoyable birthday dinner turned into a stressful night of errors. It started with our table not being ready when we arrived for our reservation - even though it was apparent there were empty... More

This restaurant was wonderful! The ambiance was awesome, the wait staff superb, and the food was out of this world delish! It was different and some of the things they put together were oh so tasty! If I lived down there, I'd go to T. Cook's and eat on a regular basis (:

My wife and I and a couple friend had Sunday brunch very recently. We chose to only have the cold plates with no added menu additions for $26.00 per person. There was salad, fruit, cheese, salmon, large shrimp, crab claws, grain bread, and bagels. For desert there were muffins, and various other small deserts. You can have as much as... More

Last night was the first time I have been to TCooks in a couple of years. I was impressed with all the changes they have made. The food was excellent- well balanced, fresh, flavorful. The service was attentive, but we never felt rushed. It was a wonderful dinner and an enjoyable evening.
