I had been here once before, some years ago, and enjoyed it very much. The historical character and charming atmosphere are quite nice. Service was terrible. Worse yet they did not care. We waited for 45 min. for our food in a half empty restaurant. The owner turned out to be our waitress and when we inquire about when our food would be there she got rude and defenssive. Food was unimpresive. Definetly a place to avoid. more

I've gone to the Teeter House twice. Once with family in October 2006 and alone in May 2008. Both times the service was very good and food delicious. They serve high tea in this beautiful Victorian house! I took my Great-grandmother here for Mother's Day once...she kept thinking she had been there before---she probably had! The tea is a bit pricey, but it is worth a visit to sit in a beautiful old-fashioned house drinking tea with the ladies or those you love! more
